Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is prepared by the experienced and highly qualified medical practitioners who have the teaching experience of several years. The curriculum is well planned and executed. It is one of the premier medical colleges of India and the course is also of that level. Focus is given on theory as well as practical.

Placement Experience

All India Institute of Medical Sciences is the apex medical institute of India, thus, it provides the best placement opportunities to the students upon the completion of the course. The students work under highly experienced medical practitioners in big private as well as government hospitals.

College Events

There is a myth associated with medical colleges that they don't participate in extracurricular activities or they only focus on their studies and nothing else. But this is not all true. Our college takes part in various inter-college competitions and also organises competitions like debate, poster making, nukkad Natak etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is very low. The whole fee has to be paid at the time of admission. The fee is around 13 thousand rupees for the whole course. The fee is nominal and can be afforded by the poorest of the poor as well.

Campus Life

Our college has good infrastructure facilities. There is a well-stocked library. There are spacious lecture halls and sports grounds as well. There are labs where we can perform the practicals. The gender ratio is quite distorted. There are more boys as compared to girls.

Admission

For taking admission at any government-funded medical college in India you need to appear for the NEET (National Entrance cum Eligibility Test)exam. If you clear the exam, your rank will decide the college you get.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is efficient and reputed. The professors are dedicated to the cause of creating efficient doctors and medical practitioners. They support us and guide us through thick and thin.

I have spent the best time of my life at RIT

Likes

I liked the classrooms very much, because classroom was having AC.
A bench in the ground , me and my friends used to sit there.
During my time college focused more on industrial and practical exposure

Dislikes

Some times i did not liked the mess food. It was okayish
The burden of classes. Classes start from 9am and end at 5PM

students should supplement the university curriculum with industry certifications, coding practice, internships, GitHub projects and real-world development work.
There are cultural events, technical activities, clubs, sports and other extracurricular activities. Hostel students can participate fairly actively in campus events.

Dislikes

The main improvement I'd look for would be more advanced, industry-standard laboratory equipment and greater practical exposure.
I couldn't find a reliable current official university figure for the overall girls-to-boys ratio.
The ratio can also differ substantially between CSE, other engineering branches and the university as a whole.

i liked my campus life especially the academic activities in which we were participated , commercio fista was organised by mba students where we installed our own lil shops in the campus and earned
we went for the industrial visits like mother dairy delhi, SEBI noida, KPMG and our batch got so much industrial exposue in my time
Our classes was full air conditioned and for mba students we have sepration seminar hall also we have incubation cell for the new start ups

strict rules for attendance, it should be 75 percent or above

i have done my graduation in 2024, in my 3rd semester placement was started that time our tpo was rajvardhan sir , i called so many companied in the campus for the placement finastra was one of then, i have cleared 3 rounds of finastra 1st was apptitude, then technical round then PI with HR in delhi office in feb 2024 i have got my offer letter and then july i have joined finastra just after my final exams got over, RIT and expecially members of placement are very proactive about their work , after 1 year in 2025 i went again in rit for the alumni meet my experience in rit was very good

I dislike dislike in this college is the administration, not so much good, and there are many things that should be improved like Hostel, et cetera

Holistic Review of MBA at IIM Kashipur

It's a student run campus which means that important decisions regarding students are taken by the student bodies.
The campus is beautiful and lush. The architecture of buildings are well though of made to keep buildings cool during summers and hot during winters.
The campus is very happening. Several cultural events occur.

Dislikes

As the town Kashipur is not very developed, there is not much of metro-city life or such amenities
The boys to girls ratio for core program is 4:1 and the opposite for the analytics program which makes the class interactions disproportionate, It should be uniform.
You can't order food from online platforms here as the city is remote so one has to resort to the options present on campus which turns out to be pretty limited in number and quality.

Placement Experience:

As soon as the second year starts, companies start coming for placements. These include ICICI bank, Wellsfargo, Genpact, Amazon, TresVista, Havells, TVS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest package goes around to be 40-50 Lacs while average is around 14-15 Lacs. Almost all get placed while the rest opt-out from the process either for off-campus offers or pursuing higher education.

I had gotten DU seat through CUET but I chose this course instead. The reason for my decision was that this course seemed to have a more financially stable future with academics at one of the top institute of India. There is an all india entrance exam conducted by AIIMS Delhi having 100 questions being 30 from physics, chemistry, biology and 10 from general knowledge.
