Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty vast and in depth, important theories related to macro and micro economics are included and explained properly. Examinations are held annually. Being a UGC recognized university the course curriculum and the examinations are difficult to get through with. Classes are held throughout the week.
Placement Experience
The placements at my college are good, we have a special cell for managing the placements of the students. The placement cell organizes placement drives and workshops to improve the CV's of the students and to give them an edge over others. A number of companies visit our campus for placements and internships.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is very flexible and simple, the total fees for my course has been kept low so that more and more students have a chance to gain higher education. the fees per year is ?5,780,making the total fees for my course 17,340 which is very justifiable considering the facilities that the college provides.
Campus Life
When it comes to extracurricular activities my college doesn't lag behind. The University conducts inter-collegiate tournaments, and conducts selection trials for participation of Students in interuniversity tournaments, coaching camps and in-door and out-door game. Cultural events are also organized in the college throughout the year.
Hostel Facilities
There are 4 PG hostels two each (Old block and New block each with 50 rooms) for men and women on the main campus. In total, 300 boys and 300 girls can be accommodated in these hostels. There are kitchen and well-furnished dining hall, store room and accommodation.The hostel is very clean and is an amazing place to hangout at.
Admission
I got admission on the basis of the marks I scored in the entrance examination, I had prepared for about 4 months and passed the exam with flying colors. After selection I had to visit the campus for document verification and fees submission.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is pretty good, the professors adopt new and innovative ways of teaching to ensure that the students don't get bored. The faculty is vastly experienced and patient, teachers take out time after classes to solve our doubts.
