Life and Learning at KMCH

The course is highly detailed and focused on research and practicals. Rest assured, you will never be idle in these 4 years of pharmacy. But because of the variety of technology in our college, it will always seem fun and interesting.

Though I opted for higher studies, most of my classmates have been placed at reputed pharmaceutical companies or hospitals. The college will make sure you have enough exposures to the real world so as to prepare you for placements.

Taking into account the infrastructure the college provides, I would say it is not at all overpriced! The labs and lecture halls are well equipped and so Rs 28,000 a year for tuition does not seem too much to me.

Because it is a college of great reputation, there are people coming into study from across the length and breadth of the country. You will definitely have classmates of great cultural diversities. The college also prevents ragging by making us sign anti-ragging affidavits. There is also a medicinal garden, which is a novel idea to interest students!

The hostel infrastructure of KMCH College of Pharmacy is very good. Though the rooms are basic, there are amenities like indoor games and television for our entertainment. The hostels are separate for boys and girls with a warden in each building.

I was admitted into this prestigious college on the basis of my 10+2 marks. There are two ways to secure admission here- either via direct entry after 10+2 or lateral entry after a Diploma in Pharmacy.

The best thing about KMCH College of Pharmacy is the learning experience! Not only is the faculty qualified and experienced, but they will also intersperse classroom sessions with industry visits and fun medical events, so losing interest is not an option!
