Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is as basic and simple as offered in other technical institutes .We have to give 2 semesters per year to qualify for the next year. The paper pattern is of high standards which offers high thinking capacity . Apart from studies we get enough time to explore ourselves and develop our extra curricular skills.
Placement Experience
The placements in my college are good . Obviously you can not compare it with IITs but still we have a decent placement module . The college has its own training and placement department and every year around 50 companies from different core background visits our campus . The visiting companies include TCS , Wipro , Quest , Capgemini , Cognizant , etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for Bachelor of Engineering is feasible . It is around 57,000 INR per year excluding the hostel and mess fee . The college also gives options to avail offer on fees by scoring good marks . You need to score exceptionally good marks to avail this scholarship.
Campus Life
The gender ratio in the college is pretty nice as compared to other colleges . The college has different cultural societies , coding groups , Poetry clubs , debating society and sports club . Every year students from our college go for zonal and state level sports competitions . The college focuses on extra curricular activities and organizes various workshops for students as well.
Alumni/Alumna
The college has its own alumni portal and the alumni network is huge . Our college seniors are very helpful and are placed in really big companies like Amazon , Google , Tata . Many of the college alumni are pursuing their post graduation from premiere institutes like IIM and IITs .The seniors are very kind and are always ready to help us.
Admission
I got admission to this college on the basis of marks obtained in KCET ( Karnataka Common Entrance Test ) . The college is pretty popular in the area and engineering was my career choice so I took admission to this college . For cutoff marks you can visit the college website .
Faculty
The faculty of the college really needs appreciation . The efforts they put in to teach the students is just incredible . The teaching pattern offered by them is really interesting. They are really well qualified from renowned colleges and are very experienced.
