Remarks

The college is one of the most reputed college of South India. It is located in the heart of the city. I enjoyed my time at the college I learnt so much in these five years of my college life. I will cherish these memories.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure was of five years. There was compulsory interships for all students for one year. Most of the exam is viva and practical based. The subjects are also very hands on and practical based since the course is a creative one.

Placement Experience

4.5

Job opportunities are tremendous in this field and everyone gets a job. The college requires us to do internships in the fourth year of college for which we can apply after creating our portfolio based on our work done in the field during the college years.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fees depends on the quota through which you have applied. When I was admitted through counselling, I paid around Rs 40k per year. This is very feasible for a reputed college of the entire South India.

Campus Life

There are various Co curricular opportunities for students in the college. The college has sports facilities and encourages participation in different Co curricular competitions. There are various cultural events celebrated in the college as well.

Admission

I was admitted in the college based upon my NATA scores. The college required atleast 80 marks out of 200 in the exam. They also required 60% aggregate in 10+2 exams with maths as one subject. I always wanted to be an architect thus I chose this course.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty was excellent. Thet all had their post graduation degree and were very experienced teachers. I enjoyed Prof. M. R. Mohamed Khalid's class a lot. They were really helpful and helped us explore our creativity.

About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. A Good College Experience with Opportunities for Learning and Growth

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and comprehensive, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It provides a good foundation for technical knowledge, but including more industry-oriented projects, hands-on training, and updated technologies would make it even better for future career opportunities.

It is better than my old college and giving free food and place to sit in the college campus.
In sports they are also helping for dearness allowance for playing matches and travelling.
They are also giving us the space to study and ask doubts without any hesitation

Dislikes

Canteen is not good and it is very congested
Some of teachers are not coming to the classes properly and they are also not teaching properly
Home guard is the problem in college. They are always making issues while parking the vehicles

Course Curriculum Overview:

Studying Master of commerce is okay. The same thing and few same subjects which I studied in undergraduate. Classes are good and we are also having some gaps. Not a big difference and 1 or 2 subjects are new for us. I want to suggest that to give holiday after the semester exams. But not before that. It is quite difficult for us to study. It will be easy for us to ask doubts.

Measi academy of architecture is a distinguished and renowned college not only in Tamil Nadu but also all around India. Excellant quality of education and a campus within the city are the major benefits of studying in this college. Superb conditioned studios and workshops with experienced senior faculties also add on to the pros list. But more exposure to culturals, extra-curricular activities, sports, interactive sessions with seniors and practicing architects, more case study trips should be encouraged by avoiding conventional teaching methods and students should be motivated to explore outside the box....Read More
