Placement Experience
Placements are very good here. A lot of established firms recruit from the college. Some of them are: Seagram Distilleries, Ravalgaon Sugars, United Spirits Ltd., Pioneer Distilleriesa, Ganesh Khand Udyog, Ugar Sugars, Renuka Sugars, John Distilleries, Tilaknagar Industries Ltd., South Seas Distilleries. The Placement cell not only connects us with the recruiters, but also helps us prepare.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The diploma is of 1 year and 6 months, and it costs about 37,000 rupees per year. It is a little high, but not too much. The quality of education and training and great placement record means that the cost is feasible without doubt.
Campus Life
There are a few activities outside the normal curriculum studies that students participate in as a pastime or hobby. There are workshops and lectures from visiting dignitaries quite often. The laboratories are state-of-the-art, and overall the campus life is good.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is compulsory for all the students. The campus has a pretty good hostel that has all the amenities - mess, sports, recreational room. There is also an international students hostel with great facilities, but it is costly, around Rs.65,000 per year, while the normal hostel costs Rs.16,000 a year.
Admission
Admission to this college is by applying through the form available on their website. The process was to download and fill up the form, then send it via mail for submission, along with the payment of their application fee. I was eligible for the course and got admission here.
Faculty
The faculty members are very nice towards the students. They're very experienced, and they helped us through the topics, guiding us as we attempted to understand all the intricacies. Their guidance was helpful in developing our skills and utilising them well after the degree.
