Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was vast. It was a four years course. The mechanical engineering program offers a curriculum that combines classroom learning with engineering practice. There was also computer laboratory for every student. Institute organise internal assessment as well as final exam.
Placement Experience
The institute organise campus interview for the students of last semester students. There is 100 percent job opportunities. Many companies recruits students from our institute. I was selected in the campus interview and got a job. My starting salary packages was around 4 lakh, per annum. I was very happy with my job and packages.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees of my course was feasible. It was not at all expensive. At that time my total fees was around 160000 rupees. It includes hostel fees also. Because i have to stay in hostel. I paid around 40000 annually which i think was a affordable fees.
Campus Life
In my college life i use to participate in many of the extra curricular activities. These activities devlops our talents like speaking skills, leadership qualities, getting innovative ideas like project competition, poster competition etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure and facilities was very good. Facilities includes common room, computer room with broadband facility, reading room along with outdoor and indoor recreational activities. The quality of the food was very good.
Admission
The admission process in our institute was very easy. Students secured 50% or above in their higher secondary exam can get admission. However there is relaxation of marks for economically backward classes. Candidates from other students will be considered as Other class(OC) by considering the minimum marks for admission They can apply by producing the Nativity certificate.
Faculty
The faculty of our department was very educated. They are very much interested to teach about their subjects. They complete the whole syllabus before the final exam. Teachers of our department was very helpful. They are ready to help us anytime.
