Course Curriculum Overview

In two years, I learnt so much about travel and tourism. I never knew that this particular subject could have so much to teach. While studying for this course, I realised that I would definitely want to create a career out of it.

Placement Experience

My college did not offer any kind of internship or placement opportunity to us. This was my diploma course so I did not want any placement and this thing did not impact my experience in the college in any manner.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My fees for the diploma course was quite reasonable. I paid off entire fees on my own savings and did not actually require asking for it from my parents. This was such a great thing for me and the college is really good.

Campus Life

The college is indulge in a lot of activities like sports, dance, and music. I have fully left my life and enjoyed so much that I will really miss this college. It gave me so many memories and such a great life experience.

Admission

Since this is a diploma course, there is no eligibility criteria as such. Students are admitted on first come first basis. The classes are conducted on an irregular basis so they don't seem very hectic for us.

My teachers were mostly from the background of tourism. That is why, they had so much knowledge about the subjects. They shared their personal experiences with us so that we can learn its practical implications.

Good college with decent opportunities

Likes

Good faculty co ordinator and good infrastructure
Classrooms are also neat and clean as well
Library and labs are also set and best in condition

Dislikes

Sports and sports management are little busy.
Entrance Gate rule( opening & closing feels like we re in school)
Everything id good as well not any problem

Placement Experience:

Placement from ghe college are average. Student becomes eligible from final year. Few companies visits the college offering basic roles. The average package is around 4-6 lpa and some capable students get placed too.many student are also plan for higher studies or prepare for compatative exams after graduation.

the course curriculum as best in tahira. Curriculum is based on real life events which connects us to the world. The curriculum is also quite comprehensive, as it includes both theory and practical subjects. Laboratory work and assignments help us to understand concepts better.

My college have a good infrastructure classrooms is also very spacious have a library
Regular activities also get conducted The college frequently organises workshops seminars and events
Very supportive and knowledgeable Faculty. Collage also give practical exposure and updated learning environment

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college are decent with many opportunities. Many big companies came to our campus like Decathlon, times now Placements packages of these companies were almost 4-5 lac. It mainly focuses on making students industry ready Also our colleges have a seprate Placement cell which handles all these placements In case of limited collage placement the collage still supports students by improving their employability thorough workshops internships and guidance

Likes

The facility are highly experienced and cooperative.
Regular organising of master classes, workshops, activities, etc.
Campus is well equipped with facilities like computer labs, seminar hall, etc.

Dislikes

No night life , focus is more on attendance and punctuality

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated training and placement office which provides excellent internships as well as placement opportunities. Various companies visits our campus like Amazon, Wipro, Times, etc generally around 85% of the students who opt for got placed. The average package varies from 5 to 6 lakhs. I have done various certification courses like life skills and personality development. The placement cell of my college is very active. Pooja Ma'am also takes regular workshops on Cv building. Our seniors were well placed by my college, and also praise the placement team of our college that helped them to reach their career goals and destinations. Pooja Ma'am personally guided me to build my CV atleast 5 times that made my profile academically suitable.

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

First of all I would like to tell you about the staff of my college. The staff of my college is very polite.
The atmosphere of my college is very clean
My college also has the facility of extra classes and library.

Dislikes

It is better if the environment is clean as well as cool then I face a problem of trees.
And if there are more than one lecturer in the staff, it will be easier to have lecturers for one subject.

I have applied to saheed bhagat singh college delhi . And i didn't make there because as i got College allotment in BHU and it's near my location that's why i didn't opt for that college in new delhi and went for bhu as it's a renowned university. Life at Vasanta college for Women!!

I also applied to DU but i couldnt get in because my CUET score wasn't as much as required. I chose VCW as it is affiliated with BHU which is one of the best universities in India For admission in my college you need to clear CUET and score good marks and then apply for counselling by the BHU samarth portal . After the counselling is done and you have got your seat you have to go for physical verification of documents to BHU in your respective departments. And then classes will start whenever college decides. Before the commencement of classes you will receive a admission letter from VCW and in that there will be a admission form and undertaking form for ragging. You have to fill both and take a print out and also pay a fees of 500 rupees online . Then next day you have to come to college and submit the admission form and undertaking and also your TC and character certificate from school . You will again have to pay 500 in cash .
