Remarks

I could not score well in my entrance exam and when the counseling began for the COMEDK exam, I selected this college from the list of all the available colleges so I attended the counseling and took the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is according to the guidelines laid by Visvesvaraya Technological University as this college is affiliated to it. Most of the faculty were friendly and helped the students in every possible way.

Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement department is decent enough to land the students in companies offering an average package of 2.5-3 lacs. Some of the notable companies coming for hiring are Amazon, Mahindra, Infosys, Convergys.

College Events

4.5

The college organizes inter departmental fest, annual cultural fest and many other small yet interesting competitions that keep most of the students engaged and provide an opportunity to interact with each other.

Campus Life

The campus is clean and is quite large too with a big and beautiful lawn perfect getaway from the boring lectures. The cafeteria serves good food and that too within the budget. There is wifi available for the students which is also high speed.

Admission

Entrance- COMEDK- Rank 2100 (2015)

The Sittings accross the campus is really student friendly
Canteens were supper affordable for students for food accessibility

Dislikes

The cordination given by management of college, They were so rude all the time idk y

Course Curriculum Overview:

Literature gave me insights to the history and a different pov on the situations happened Literature sharpens the thought process we can have in real world scenarios which are quite unique tbh. Its just too much of theory, if could update it and make it somehow relavent to today situation, it would be fun learning it

The whole team is super supportive and provide emotional support too and basically always students first policy. The general staff is also polite and helpful
The department and head teaches well and helps student everytime and there are many fest and culture and clubs too

Dislikes

Just the space is not good like congested, other than nothing

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is up to dated also including amazing practicals and computer labs too. Real world application is amazing and the course with having practical experiment gives the experience, Next we also have excursion cum study trip around nearby gardens which is a fun way to learn and enjoy at the same time. Exams are in a way that helps to evaluate the students expereince and knowledge.

COLLEGE REVIEW OF IBSAR BELAPUR

Likes

The good thing about this college is affordability and how quick the admission process is.
Teachers are friendly too, there is no mandatory attendance rule and the lecs are conducted three days a week for mca students which gives them the freedom to work or switch between lecs and personal things
The feedbacks of students are taken seriously and the staff is changed accordingly. Students can freely talk to faculty about the performance of teachers and quality of education.

Dislikes

There is no campus in this college which limits student activities for events or other things.since the lecs are not conducted daily or as like other colleges , very less class count is there which affects the interactivity as well.
The quality of infrastructure is not quite good as the college is there in two floors of the building only. Campus amenities are average as well. There aren't much opportunities as such in this college like industrial level or any.
If anyone wants to experience and actually college life with the whole campus experience, events , activities or other things ,this college isn't a good fit

Placement Experience:

During the admission the students are told that in semester four , just students are eligible for campus placements and some of the companies come for a placements and even the undergraduate students are placed . The name of the companies that come for the placement include Vector ,HDFC Bank etc but in admission pamplets huge company names are provided like infosys, wipro, etc. the average packages are 300000 -500000 per year. The cgpa of students should be higher than 7. I am planning for an on campus as well as off campus placements.

PES College of Engineering: Overview of the college

When i was selecting colleges , I focused on parameters like campus environment, facilities , faculty support , and overall learning atmosphere. After comparing all the options I had , I felt that this college was the best fit for my academic as well as personal growth. once the main reason i chose this college is its vast and beautiful campus. compared to other colleges i applied to , this campus offer a more friendly environment. this college provides good facilities like a well-equipped library , canteen , and laboriteries . which many of the other colleges i considered either lacked of offered at a smaller scale. The students orienter teachers here create a more approachable and supportive atmosphere....Read More

PES College OF Engineering

I had applied to multiple engineering colleges, but I chose this one mainly because I got confirmed admission and the branch I wanted. The admission process was simple: registraion, document verification and CAP round allotment. The cutoffs matched my score and the category benefit also helped. Some colleges I applied to had higher cutoffs, so I couldn't make it there. In comparison, this college offered a better mix of academics, location, supportive faculty and affordability due to scholarship eligibility . Overall, t felt like the best option considering my marks, fees, environment and the Facilities avaliable....Read More
