Remarks
The college ensures 90% placement with students being recruited for companies like google amazon etc. also many students are recruited through mass recruitment. Girls security is very much considered. even parents entering the girls hostels have to take permission and sign themselves in. Authorized local guardians are only allowed to take the girl students out for any kind of outings.Hostel facilities are good enough. Hostels are being provided with free Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, induction, press. Food supplied is highly proteinaceous.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very systematic. In each semester students get to learn about the different courses and also creating a link between the course of the previous semester and the new one. Students are given several chances to give institutional exams in case they missed or if they could not fare well enough to qualify. Faculties are very helpful mostly if the students are on good terms with them.
Placement Experience
Companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, TCS come for recruitment. Apart from that other companies also come for placements.
College Events
The campus celebrates all the pujas held across the year and even gives holidays on those days. The main and the biggest event is the fest where famous celebrities are invited and even other college students are also invited. The first years get a freshers party from their seniors. Monthly flashmobs are organised by different college societies in the evening hours for recreation purpose of the students.
Campus Life
The first Khelo India University Games was organised in KIIT. There are many sports complexes spread around teh huge campus. An excellently designed, colorful and informative library building has been built. 24x7 wi-fi facility for all the faculties and students. Equipment filled labs providing very good practical knowledge.
Hostel Facilities
Both AC and NON AC rooms are available. With 2 and 3 sitter room facilities available. Each floor has an induction and every week almost 2-3 times people come for laundry. There is actually no requirement for opting PG as there is sufficient hostel facilities for both Indian as well as foreign students.
