Entrance Preview

I took AIEEE entrance exam but couldn't qualify in that so one consultant took responsibility for my admission on donation basis, who was a student himself of the college at that time.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course curriculum is decent of my branch(mechanical) but can't say about other branches, however subjects of other branches are almost equal to one another. Good time is given on each subjects but not in brief. Courses are completed anyhow. The remaining doubts we cleared in library.

Internships Opportunities

College rarely provide internship. In my career I can remember only four or five internship in my 4 year career. Not so high profiled companies came for hire. Sometimes BPO company also came for recruitment. If we talk about spend, then we can say that they provided a decent stipend whoever got selected. Like 20K to 25K.

Placement Experience

2

Placement and job opportunities are very rare. If one company comes, then they recruit 30 to 40 students approx. Reputed Companies like hcl and army visited once. Other than them local companies used to visit offering decent packages of 2 to 3 lakhs p.a.

College Events

3.5

My college holds technical events. Events are sponsored by some organizations which visits our college like IET 360, TECHASTRA etc. These organizations comes and arranged a program which includes gaming, fashion show, dance show, quiz, puzzles, food show, concerts etc. Students participate in them in high amount and winners are rewarded. These events are big and students from other colleges also come and participate in them.

Fees and Financial Aid

No there is no any scholarships or loan facility provided by bank. The only facility than bank provided was a bank account in Canara Bank without any issues.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are helpful as they know the situation of the college. We get regular updates of college through alumni and professors through mail and whatsapp groups. Alumni network is not so strong but they give their best to maintain network and updates.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
