Course Curriculum Overview

It was good with ample electives at hand and then minor degree is also offered in other streams. Faculties are okayish but we should not expect spoon feeding. And maintaining a good cgpa was important to get internships But flexible curriculum was implemented with our batch that kinda made some clashes with personal and academic works.

I can't say the name of the companies here.But many core companies having packages from 18lpa to 5.5 lpa But median companies pay 6.5-7 lpa for core jobs.Consultancy company's also pay in similar bands FMCG companies pay more.

College Events

Techno managerial fest pragyan is ISO certified Festember cultural fest.Main thing about these fests is that they are organised by students Guest from across the world are invited to give guest lecture.Tech fest host many competitions and sangam is one such exhibition of the inventions. Many brilliant mind's present their concepts.Participants ranges from 10k from all near by state mainly(not sure).

Campus Life

WifiSports:Cricket, hockey, volleyball, basketball,tennis, badminton synthetic courts newly inaugurated, khokho hand ball Library: very big more than 1 lakh volumesNever went there after joining except for campus exploring in first year.

An exhalent college for learning and growth

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the final year, usually from the 5th or 6th semester depending on the course. Many reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment. If I receive a campus placement, I plan to start my career and gain industry experience. If I do not get placed through campus, I will continue improving my skills, earn professional certifications, and apply for jobs through off-campus opportunities until I secure a good position.

For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . The entrance exam for MCA NITT is NIMCET . i got AIR 7 in NIMCET 2022 . There are 45 general seats for MCA and also there are category based reservation . The NIMCET exam is conducted in June and form filling date is tilll April of every year. Form fees for NIMCET is 2,500 for general and OBC. The syllabus for NIMCET is similar to JEE . NIT Trichy is the best choice

This college has a good Placements record. In 2020, NIRF ranking for the institution is 9. It has good faculty to student ratio and Research Facilities are also very good.
