IISER Mohali, Physics department (BS-MS)

Remarks

IISER Mohali is a very good institute in the field of basic science and it is just few kilometers away from home so it is very easy for me to go to home whenever I feel need. It is performing very well and in upcoming years it will be the leading institute in science in India and all these hopes force me to get admission in IISER Mohali

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure of IISER Mohali is designed in a very well frame. It's a very good college and they provide a very good facility and faculties. Here in IISER Mohali you have to study all the subjects for first two years and from third year onward you can choose your major subject.

Class Size: 220

Placement Experience

3.5

Students prefer to go for PhDs after completing their graduation from here but some students also go for industrial jobs mainly chemistry department students. Some go for civil services also.

College Events

The campus life of IISER Mohali is a very good stress reliever from studies. The best labs facilities are here. There is a central analytical facility in the college where very precious and costly instruments are there. They are very sensitive also. There are two buildings for general labs in the college.
