Remarks

Infrastructure is very new, greenery is spread in the entire campus, lift is also provided for people who have difficulty and is soothing, compared to other colleges. The faculty is very famous and known for their knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview

The new revised syllabus is applied for every course in the college. Teachers have firm grip on that syllabus too. The lab is maintained in a good manner. External and internal exam conduction is fair. But you might be marked absent for the exam you have given and have to give the exam again next year again

Class Size: 41

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement and internship cell are conducted here in semester. If you have the knowledge you can easily find a placement for your job but main thing is your knowledge or is very important to pass any interview and social behaviour too.

College Events

2.5

Campus life is very good here. Canteen serves a lot of dishes which is really liked by the students here. Fest and programs are conducted in a fair amount. You will find different types of people all over North India in this particular campus which will enhance the knowledge about different cultures too which is very important because it's helps you to break the stereotype which you build through the stories, serials or movies.

Campus Life

It's like a resort near a beach. Walls are painted red and small garden is made inside the campus too. Amphitheatre is made from the inspiration from the Greek mythology so that voice can travel up and can be heard till the third floor

My experience studying at NSIT

Likes

Placement was among the best and most the top companies visited
Infrastructure was appreciable with no major shortage of laboratories
Senior-Junior interaction compensated the average faculty

Dislikes

Outdated curriculum negatively impacted the conceptual clarity
Too difficult to secure good grades due to strict marking
Mediocre support provided to student led initiative

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was evidently outdated and irrelevant to modern engineering challenges and could have severely disadvantaged students' learning outcomes. Although, interaction with seniors compensated this.

Likes

The companies coming for internships are great
The experienced faculty who came from IIMs
The experienced clubs and their guidance

Dislikes

There is bit of mismanagement experienced,
There is last minute information available at the end moment
Disclarity in information throughout the whole semester

Placement Experience:

It is okay and it is based on luck of the student more than hardwork. You also have to network super well to get into good dream companies. It is a good place to get it out of luck through ATS sysytem.

The teaching faculty is really nice and polite. They usually help students even when u contact them after college hours.
The engagements and the quality of the social interactions in this college is also very good and very uplifting.
The quality of the infrastructure is very good compared to other colleges in du, considering its very new.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the thought of learning about the literature of the older times was pretty exciting to me while I was choosing the course. The curriculum however does prepares you if you want to continue ur academic journey in the English field.

The social life and culture in the campus is great
The qualification of faculty is good and the research environment is great

Dislikes

The course load is too much and it sometimes becomes too hectic
The hectic schedule doesn't allow some students to follow their hobbies
The course is too much theory based and doesn't allow self learning of the students

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is excellent. With the average package being 1500000. Many companies like, BCG, McKinsey, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, and Credit Suisse come for placement. Almost all the students get placed. I plan to go for higher studies after the degree

Wonderful life experience that can't be forgotten.

Remarks:

Good Remark: The college environment made it possible for me to have great friends and be the person who I have become. The teachers and facilities of well-equipped labs, guest lectures, events, library, etc. made it possible for us to have a great campus life. Bad Remark: The college management needs to update the library norms that they have (which made it difficult for us to have books for the weekend to study) and also need to provide students with better placement opportunities from the same field as the specializations.

Life and KMV DU in 2012

The reputation of the college was very good. The faculty and campus was very good. And I got the course that I wanted. These were the amjor factors that I chose this course. The admission process was the general process that every DU college used to follow then. We would have a cut off and then we would go for admission on first come first served basis if we are above that cut off....Read More

Education, Skills and Experiences under one roof

yes, i have applied for other colleges who teach BMS. Sukhdev college of business studies was my first priority and sadly i couldnt make it into SSCBS as its is NO1 college of India to study BMS and its cutoff is always high as compared to other colleges . to get Admission in these colleges of DU you have to give CUET and then you get admission on your score . for courses like BMS you have to score good In general test and maths as these subjects are considered while Admission . what mistake i did that i could not able to get my dream college is that i did not prepare well . you have to understand that if your goals are bigger you also have to work hard ....Read More

There is no any fixed confirmation to get admission in this college . I got this college randomly and I appied for computer science stream in the other colleges like St. Stephen ,Kirori mal college, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm college and other than delhi universities such as Banaras Hindu Universities (BHU) . The Admission process of my college is through CUET UG .You have clear the cutoff marks Which is mostlty 400 plus marks in your CUET UG exam of combined 3 to 4 subjects and the eligibility criteria for this college is pass your 12 th exam....Read More

3 years of figuring it out at KMV

I applied for Symbiosis Pune, Christ Banglore, NMIMS Mumbai, IIM ROHTAK AND INDORE, I got admission in all except IIM, and also got in Keshav Mahavidyalaya after giving cuet, discussed which should i go for from many mentors and everyone adviced for KMV. Comparing to other colleges the fees here i very very less as all other are private colleges, but the services provided there are according to the fees and so is the crowd. Well I scored 350/450 in IIM Rohtak exam and what went wrong was the paper came way too easy due to which cutoff went 409 compared to 330 last year. I could have got any south campus college and even some of the north but I chose KMV because it was on second position for BMS. Cutoff for BMS in KMV was around 515/650 after giving cuet....Read More
