I did my undergrad from here, itÕs a good college. I wanted to stay in the same college because I was happy with the teachers. This is my home town and I wanted to do my postgrad from here only. The fee was also affordable. Overall I was happy going there.
Everything and everyone is very good. Teachers are supportive and they guide you in right direction. The campus is beautiful. Canteen is also a fun place to sit with your friends. Overall atmosphere of the class is studious.

A lot of companies visit the campus. Students are guided to how to make CV and how to attend an interview. And companies then come to take interviews and students sit in those interviews. Our teachers and well connected with companies and our alumnus are in well places.
Campus life was fun. There are different kinds of events taking place literally every month. Different kinds of workshops or events you can be a part of. You can even volunteer for managing the whole event. Teachers guide you through it all.
Honestly the fee is affordable so you wont need to have a scholarship but if you do then thereÕs a OBC/SC/ST quota scholarship by the government. Or else you can avail the scholarship by the college which is if you score above 80% you get 10% off on your fee and if 90% then you get 20% off on your fee.
Good buildings, good classrooms. ThereÕs no wifi. Small library but most of the books are available. Lab is the most attractive part of the college because all the labs are well equipped and fun to work in. You can do your own projects and that teachers will help you with.
I didnÕt opt for hostel because IÕm a localite. But I have seen the hostel rooms and they are quite good. ThereÕs a all time guard also. Water facility plus meals are included in the hostel fee. No dorm system, you get to share room with 2 other room mates.
Campus placement is too good in Sushila Devi Bansal college even teachers always support their students in any query and they always try to solve it. I love Sociology or you can say it is my favourite subject that is why I chose this subject. Also, I want to prepare for Civil services and this subject is going to help me. The curriculum and syllabus are good to prepare the base for the UPSC exam. They have a reservation policy and also provides admission based on quotas. The faculty is the best here and they are very experienced and good with their respective subjects. The college has 29 departments. 195 - Undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes. There 290 affiliated college under DAVV. There are a total of 10500 regular students. Teaching methods are fine here. University conducts internal and ends semester exams. It provides scholarship to more than 2000 students every year. University has 67 professors, 114 associate professors and 236 assistant professors.
4th-semester studies are eligible for placements. Certain company visits for placements like Tata, Amazon, Infosys etc. The average package is 5-6 lakh per year and the highest package is 12 LPA. So many students get the chance for having placements which are great.
I might say the admission process is the easiest. I entered the BA program by submitting my 10 + 2 papers. I don't have to sit for entrance exams. Admission is based on merit, and my marks are split to see if I can get a seat.
