The university has a tie up with pgi chandigarh and i get to do internship in pgi which is a part of 3rd year in my course also it is a renowned university with experienced staff and great exposure.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is according to the latest trends in tbe field, we will be provided with 2 years practical experience in pgi with one year theory and other year internship. The teaching faculty is well experienced for this course.
Placement Experience
Placements are great.u can get job in at university.college.hospitals.research labs.alumni is placed at great hospitals.i m also new in this field can't tell much.
College Events
Pu keeps organising various types of events, many celebrities visit this university mainly (panjabi singers ), panjab university holds youth festival which catch the attraction of many students from chandigarh. This is a very large level competition holding great importance.
Campus Life
Pu campus is fully wifi based campus, there are amazing sports facilities,pu has the biggest library in the region, lab equipments are sufficiently available to every student as there are only 12 seats in this course.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel allotment is based in merit only, 2 residents per room are allowed, there are 11 hostels plus one international hostel in the university, hostel 1 to 4 have small room sizes and no so good infrastructure while new hostels have nice infrastructure. The safety concerns are also great in the hostels.pgs can cost about 5000 approx per month without food
