My College Experience

College is absolutely fantastic, a good place to start best education journey.

The course curriculum is prescribed by our university VTU, it is good according to the needs of IT requirements. It includes both practical and theoretical sessions. The tools and technologies were related to industry specific and it really helps in campus placements. The questions asked in interview were based on the curriculum and practical sessions. Also industry visits is also organised frequently to interact with industry.

Many companies visit our campus, companies like SAP, IBM, wipro, Infosys, TCS, versa networks, 2adpro, global logic, byjus, cognizant and 100+ companies. The hiring process includes basic rounds like aptitude group discussions and followed by technical and HR interviews and also some coding rounds will be organized. Every year more than 90% students get placed. Placement department provides special training for students for placements activities to prepare themselves for above rounds mentioned.

Various events will be celebrated in our college, every year a state level college fest is organised which includes various technical cultural and gaming events are organised. More than 5000 students take part in this fest. Apart from this a frequent technical and cultural events and competitions will be organised to improve the student skills, the mode of registration will be online and it will be transparent enough, this registration organization everything is managed by students to improve leadership qualities under the guidance of faculties.

The college provides transperancy regarding the fee structure and payment. The program fee is alloted as per the standards mentioned by the University. The mode of payment is accepted through bank, the challan is filled and then the payment is made in bank. Additional fee will be taken if students are willing to opt any training facilities to improve themselves in various domain in technical or soft skills.

Yes I opted for scholarship and education loan, education loan is approved by canara Bank, a detailed fee structure is provided to bank and by submitting various documents like proof of identity etc. Then the education loan is approved. The scholarship is obtained by applying thorough its own portal, epass Karnataka is a platform to apply for scholarship. based on merit the scholarship is alloted.

There was no gender ratio followed, course was open to everyone based on their talent, Celebrations like college fest, cultural activities will be organised frequently. Workshop will be conducted to improve technical knowledge. Various clubs and profeesional society helps to involve students in various activities no discrimination is found in any aspects. The quality is maintained strictly.

Yes alumni association is formed in college so frequent interaction with alumni will happening will helps us to know how there life after graduation.

I got admission through common entrance test (CET) organized by Karnataka Examinations Authority, based on my merit rank I was allotted to this college and specific course, from the options which I entered. I choose information science and engineering because I want to work on IT technologies.

There will be set of dedicated lecturers in our college, in our course a team of 20 lecturers who are profeesionals in various domains. All lecturers are qualified with Master degree in various domains which is prescribed by University. Some faculties are PhD holders. They are expertise in various disciplines. And also frequent Faculty development program will be organised to update them with current technology.
