Remarks

Good placement, Better management. There are some old buses which cause some trouble to students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I belongs to computer science and engineering department, we have eight semesters with six subjects in each semester, along with lab activities, we also have some other department papers for more knowledge gain, it's a autonomous body so the syllabus is framed by our faculties, with the help of top universities in India.

Class Size: 118Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

No , I belong to non - placement , so I have not availed of any internships , but we have so many options for placements with more than 150 companies , so we have big opportunity for jobs in IT sector.

College Events

1. Innovation day (for three days) 2. various club activities (we have 11 clubs) 3. Alumni meet (yearly once, for pass out students) 4. Annual day (with lot of cultural activities) 5. Sports day (to encourage students to participate in sport activities).

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible . For each course the annual fee is Rs 70,000, along with bus fee - depending on the place you are from (between 10,000 - 20,000). We also have semester fee, for each paper 250 Rs in case if you have arrear 270 Rs per paper. If you want join a hostel fee is 45,000.

I'm already a student of Nandha polytechnic college so I got a scholarship for doing my UG degree in Nandha engineering college.

Campus Life

Ours in an eco friendly campus with lot of trees (various varieties). Are college gender ratio 4:2. The computer science department have high girls population compared to other departments. We have highly equipped science and computer labs. And also extra curricular activities including sports and cultural activities along with robotics.

Hostel Facilities

I'm not hostile, I'm a days caller so I don't know much about hostel facilities. We have separate hostel for both boys and girls. Weekly one non-vegetarian food for hostel students. We have gym facilities and yoga and playing area.

Hostel Fee: INR 45000 per yearExternal Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

We have separate activities for alumnus they guide us for placement activities with they are experience in various field.

Admission

In the year 2018, I finished my diploma degree in computer science and engineering with 68%, after that I joined Nandha Engineering College through counselling process conducted by Anna University and government of Tamilnadu, the counselling was totally based on my marks and community.

By FFS method, we have two set of faculties, belongs to all subjects, we can choose them depending on our comfortness. Our professor's have minimum 5 years of experience which helps us to gain more knowledge. We have highly talented professional staffs who can clear all are doubts.

The course curriculum is relevant and covers the important topics needed for my studies and career. It provides useful knowledge for real-world applications. The teaching methods are good, but more practical sessions and industry-based examples would make the course better. The exams are conducted regularly and are moderately difficult. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum

The college provides 100% placement opportunities to all the students. We receive information about job openings, recruitment drives, aptitude tests, interviews, and other selection processes through the placement cell. The salary package is also good which is provided based on the company profile The placement cell supports students in various placement opportunities making all the students get placed while completing the degree After completing my degree, my plan is to start my career in a suitable role related to Human Resources or Finance, gain practical industry experience, and gradually develop my professional skills

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.
