Bad remark is the university have less strength number of teachers in comparison with the students.

Yes it is, because the course curriculum and field survey and research makes us more to find out or understand the society and its diverse socio economic and cultural practices and the problema that arises in our society. There was field survey in a village to study their socio economic and political organized by our department.

Yes there is placement cell and for every year they recruit students. But unfortunately this year due to covid 19, the placement have not completed.

Its not expensive and the students can afford to the fees and there are concession for the fees of backward and economically weaker section students. Additional charges are for the freshers and farewell functions. As compared with other university the fees for technical courses are expensive.

Yes, the university offer scholarship to backward and economically weaker students and merit student i. e topper university. We have to submit the forms as per university notice for the scholarship and submit to sc/st cells.

Our batch have more number of females and we have diverse students from other different cultures and places like students from north east viz; Manipur, Mizoram and Nagaland, from Ladakh, Himachal pradesh, Haryana and most of them are from Panjab. There is workshop, seminar and poster making and webinar for the different issues and topic related to our society attended by many eminent speakers and profeesors.

Yes, I am a hosteller and about rooms I got a small tight room and it is two seated and we dont get enough space to keep our closet and tables for two people and during exam time its difficult to study inside the room and the windows cannot be opened and its sometime feel suffocated.

Mostly the Ph.D students are more helpful to us. During the absence of the teachers they assisted and teach us the concerned teacher subject.

I got admission with the merit list. As far as I know our university gives students many insights knowledge and there is more interaction between teacher and students and the teachers are mostly senior profeesors which is more skilled to make understand the students in clear cut. The faculty is average and there are few teachers but mostly senior profeesors who have experienced more than 30yrs of teaching and hold big projects for their research work and some of them have great achievements for their great contribution. I would like to state some of the critics for the junior profeesor who have no ability to make students understand to the topic she taught this is great failure but otherwise the senior teachers are best.
