Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was throughout updated. The college provided the best possible industrial exposure. Even better than some of the new IIT. The faculties were all good and helpful. They had immense knowledge to share.
Internships Opportunities
I had not opted for any internship till now as i am in my 2nd year of the course
Placement Experience
The college has a fantastic track record of placements and the people help students immensely in this. The alumni networks are great. The faculty and placement department holds seminar for breaking through the placement process and invites the biggest companies of their sectors. For example Microsoft Google Amazon Goldman Sachs
College Events
The organization of numerous festivals, various technical, cultural and literal festival is very good. The college boasts PECFEST which is the biggest festival of the tricity of Chandigarh and the biggest cultural festival of North Indian colleges
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides the scholarship for the needy ones and the students belonging to the economically weaker sections(EWS) and the backward category students including SC, ST and OBC. It provides waivers in tuition fees and waivers in meal costs for the hostel residents
Campus Life
Campus infrastructure is very good. Sports facilities are awesome. Separate grounds for cricket, football, athletics, basketball, swimming pool, badminton, gym etc. Fully equipped WiFi across the campus. There is two tier fully air conditioned library which is sufficient to accommodate all. The lab equipment and renovation take place every year. So there are all new equipment
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is good. Some hostel are renovated. Some are being renovated. Only the students belonging to other states than Chandigarh are provided hostel facility so that everyone can avail the hostel facility.
