Course Curriculum Overview
Course is good, for the people who want to pursue Biophysics, for others they should not pursue. Scope of Biophysics is much more abroad, so most of the students of Biophysics apply for masters abroad. Biophysics students can also pursue there M.sc in Nuclear Medicine which has good placements.
Placement Experience
No campus placements for undergraduation in Biophysics, but you get the chance to apply for M.sc Nuclear Medicine in the Panjab University itself which has placement rate of 100%
College Events
The odd semester in the university comprises of various fests events, the Student Centre is always crowded with people watcuing the performances for promotion events of fests, the university won Makka trophy last year. So, The sports facility is really good, you can apply for membership for any sport.
Campus Life
Library is huge, every department has library and there is common library of the university which is open 24??7. Everything you may need is available on the campus itself, you don't need to go outside for shopping.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is alloted on your merit marks. Hostels are quite cost efficient, and they provide good quality food. Normally, 2 persons share one room. But for PHD scholars they can avail for single rooms. Hostel have their own volleyball and basketball courts. In common room of the hostels, chess, carrom, and table tennis like indoor games are available.
