Remarks

Native place, language, good college atmosphere. the college has excellent infrastructure and vision for a great future, students have the opportunity to indulge in various co-curricular activities and realize their true potential.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is well updated. Enough industrial exposure is provided for those who require it. Faculties include a significant number of IITians and NITians with good knowledge of their subject. Dr. Alok Kumar Panda was one such professor who was a great mentor and teacher.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 1400000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

A lot of top companies visit our campus annually with job offers. A lot of deserved students get placed and achieve what they deserve after years of hard work and perseverance.

College Events

The technical festival is very enriching. The cultural festival is one of a kind and invites famous personalities for entertainment and rejuvenation. Many students from different colleges also attend and enjoy our fest. Participation is voluntary and anyone can involve themselves in making it a success.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is great, sports facilities are top-notch, wi-fi is decent and lab equipment is up to the mark. New buildings and labs are constructed every month for research purposes and to achieve excellence in the field of academics.

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are nice, shared among 2-3 mates on choice, basic amenities and facilities are provided, wardens are like they should be. Availing the hostel facility is pretty easy and there is an attached mess and shared space for leisure activities.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

A pretty good college with scope of improvement

Likes

The campus life is amazing. Our student union is extremely hard-working, and they always come up with some events or other to make your boredom go away
Faculties are very knowledgeable and unlike most colleges, they actually want to teach. The clinical experience is unmatched
Infrastructure is top notch. Single rooms are available from second year, and the hostels are quite well maintained

Dislikes

The curriculum is a bit too strict regarding marks and attendance. A little leniency would have been better
The campus area is a little smaller compared to other AIIMS
Too much administrative red tape causes delay in almost everything, be it installation of new water filters or filling a pothole

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to become a doctor, and MBBS is the first step to become one, so I choose this course. This course makes you a primary care physician, capable of providing basic healthcare services. And being a bachelor's degree, this is a stepping stone for the future endeavours in medico life. Though I feel there's room for improvement in the flexibility of the course, as there's not much to choose what to study. Exams are once in 2-3 months, and are moderately difficult, except the professional exams, for which you have to put your best efforts

Teaching is very good here , all the teachers are good except a few
Supportive seniors, help with studies n all
You will get a good environment for studies

Dislikes

Well campus isn't as we expected it to be
As always you have to choose your friends wisely
There's not a lot of fests going on yearly as like other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well MBBS is a serving degree, if you are interested in serving the people you can choose this degree. It also needs a lot of patience, here we have classes from 7 AM so its a bit hard to wake up this early & ends at 4 PM which causes more trouble coz u won't get to rest properly, usually we end up being tired & lack of sleep, so I think this schedule can have a bit more change with regards to us children. The exams here are done very frequently, as in the class tests are taken up time to time , sometimes surprise tests are also done so u have to be very updated with what's being studied each cls.The internals are held in every trimester & at the end of the year a product exam is being held which is the important one.

A journey that will help you learn a lot.

I did not apply for other colleges. Before getting admission in KIIT I did hear good reviews about the college and placements here so I applied for the CSE course here. The admission process for KIIT University is simple. You have to register and give the KIITEE exam and based on your exam percentile and your 12th percentage you get selected. The admission process here is smooth and simple...Read More

REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More
