I passed out with 84% merit of 12th science and also passed out GUJCET entrances exam. The total score of 78% merit done for my admission in GEC Palanpur collage. I am selected for free sheet in this collage throughout my merit rank. This is Government Engineering Collage of Banashkantha District.
Course Curriculum Overview
In this college the for courses available namely Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Mining. This is only College which offer Mining engineering course in Gujarat. So our college is popular for its courses.Its steel need to improve in faculty. There are insufficient faculty in all courses. So college should improve for education. The education standard is good.
Internships Opportunities
There are not any companies came for intership with college . Its still to need make some improvement in this phase. Collage administration are workin on this process.
Placement Experience
In this collage only one company came to make placement for job for students. The placement done in electrical engineering course in this college. By relience Thermo power company. The 15 students are slected by this company. The placement for other courses is still under process by collage administration.
College Events
Technical events organised like science fare, model presentation, skill development etc.Cultural events organised like Navratri Dandiya festival, Holi, Fancy dress Competition, Dance and republic day celebration etc.Many of students participate in this events. This events is organised by collage and the all the responsibility are taken by the students management group.
Fee Structure And Facilities
This is Government College so the fee structure is very low. In this collage we have to pay only 1500 rupees for one year. This is tuition fees and other activities fees and library fees. So in this college Normal students can study because of low fees structure.

No there is not any scholarship facilities available by collage but some of private scholarships are available for students. And some government scholarships also available for students. The students Education loan also available by different bank.
Campus Life
In this college Campus life is awesome because of the external cultral activities like sports week and club games and some personality development activities. In this college the boys admission is higher then girls admission in our college. In this college extracurricular activities is also organised by college. There are many of sports activities and event organised by collage.
Exam Structure
In this college Two main exam organised by college namely Mid semester exam and University exam of 30 and 70 marks. And the other weekly test also organised in this collage. The project presentation and power point presentation also organised in this coll
