Remarks

My family members was in that college and most of my friends was also in that college and they suggested some good things about this college so I decided to take admission in this college so that was only factor that made me choose this college

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses is good and many options are also available because this is very big college and has very much branches in Mumbai but they don't provide good Industry exposure and faculty is not that good in knowledge wise

Placement Experience

The placement opportunity is very less as there are total more then 120 students for mechanical department only and jobs available is very less then that almost 5-6 company visits this college every year

College Events

The campu life and extracurricular activities are the best thing about this college and also various type of technical events takes place here and participation is also very easy just filling the application form and also management never support students for any activities like this

The internship for MA PART 2 continuous for 9 months
The faculty here is well qualified for the job role and has immense knowledge
Locality,its just walkable distance from the railway station

Dislikes

The timings may effect the people who travel from far away eg virar or thane

Course Curriculum Overview:

For first year you are supposed to take up internship from your own and for second year the college with place you somewhere so this is usually done to make you ready for real world. You also have internal tests along with assignments and with internship so sometimes it gets exhausting I feel this area should be improved.

Likes

The seminars conducted by the college are very insightful
Facilities are all very helpful and supporting. They make me feel like maybe it's not that bad being away from home
The amphitheater of our college is a very cozy addition. It's a place that brings all of us together

Dislikes

College being at the very end of the campus, it requires us to walk a huge span everyday. It's especially tiresome for people who do a daily commute.
No canteen or any stationary shops nearby to come in help during needful times
No leaves on government holidays and compulsory attendance on days most of us can't make it

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements during their 9th semester i.e 4th year of our 5year degree. Hafeez contractor, sanjay puri architects, CP kukreja architects, etc are the companies visited 75% of students are placed every year is what I've heard from my seniors tho I'm still not sure since being in ny first year I've not reached there yet My plan after getting the degree is to join a firm and after getting ample experience i plan to establish my own firmm. Hopefully i achieve that. I do have faith????

Honest review if you wanna opt for this college

Likes

The girls to boy ratios is good, we get to see all girls equal contributing in the college
The faculty is good, they are very helpful and give good guidance
The boys and girls common room is good to get together with friends to chill and study

Dislikes

Faculty being good they are sassy and might ignore for a time to teach you that not everything will be entertained
The principal is kinda rude and his speech is too long
Well other activities like sports isn't support properly

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students are eligible for placement Companies visited are tcs and few others i don't remember their names The average package is 5 lpa and the highest is 13 lpa Mostly 80-90% of students gets placement as they do a placement training for us amd prepares us for the placement exams and interviews and all My personal plan is to go abroad for higher studies but i am going to sit for placement if i get good package then i might not go to abroad for higher studies

I really liked the infrastructure of the college its very nice and has good environment .
DPCOE is famous for its sports , it has massive turf where kids of 4 to 5 age has their matches
Also i like my department , as i am an automobile engineering we need most practical knowledge , this college offers a big workshop just for us an also yearly event for automobile students . Also clubs are there which has reputation of national rank

Dislikes

I kind of felt that faculty can be biased sometimes also do not care what and how we want to study .
Watchman can be little rude sometimes , also informing that their are exam coming in next week are to be informed at leat 10 days before. I have a suggestion of preparing acadamic calender of year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Campus is huge and there is to much space for walk and greenari

Not that much strict environment than many of the college.

Dislikes

Campus is huge but is mostly empty need of development.
Need of infrastructure and sports facility for students.
Need of contact no. Of emergency contact of the staff.

Placement Experience:

I talk with most of the senior and faculty and placement cell start of 3 rd year you will get internship opportunities and and in 4 th year you will get placement opportunity. But senior told me off campus placement preparation must be go on you will find good opportunity. Highest package is 12 lpa and average is 4 lpa is good for freshers.

Easy Money

Likes

Rhythm. It’s a cultural fest that this college hosts and it is the only time of the year where there’s a vast majority of events you could participate in.
TECHITHON. It’s a Tech fest that this college hosts and it has tech events which encourages students to grow and learn more as this aligns with our course.
Friends. The last and only good thing about this college I’d say are the friends I’ve made across the years.

Dislikes

Infrastructure. I’m not really a fan of the infrastructure that is being provided by this college.
Campus. The campus has many such areas that cannot be accessed by students and god knows for what reason.
Stupid Rules. One stupid rule i can think of is that students are not allowed to use their cell phones in the campus nor can the students use their headphones without being on their phones despite it being an Engineering college this makes no sense.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course currently is in high demand and this is the course which offers the highest percentage of placements. Computer Engineering is the fundamental course one could pursue if they want to get into technology. We currently have 2 Internal Exams in each semester which prepares us well for the semester.

my college is in rural division so i liked the nature and environment of the college most and the college is have rural position and college have bus facility so all the student from poor family are is admitted in this college
my college have bus facility for the students
college have good campus in rural area and the college is good

college have no placement for the students
college having some times electricity short
college have some students water issue for drinking

I liked how they support any type of sports or passion that the student likes.
All the laboratories have the required equipment ready for the practicals to be performed.
The canteen of the college has varities of food and snacks for students or staff members.

Dislikes

Sometimes Lectures are not being conducted properly in the classroom.
The classroom and labs are dirty. The walls have smudges and footprints from shoes.
Most of the computers in the laboratory do not function and are very poor in terms of specs.

Placement Experience:

As I have heard people mostly get placements from this college itself. If not they go for their degrees and take placement there. The salary is mostly around 5 lakhs per annum which is decent enough for most students. According to the principal from the college if a student studies afterwards for degrees this number racks up to 18 lakhs.

Hello, The infrastructure of the college is top class.
Their are multiple events in the college every month.
The faculty of the college are also well experienced as well as very friendly.

Dislikes

There are no AC in all the class only some of the class have AC

Placement Experience:

The placement percentage in my college is nearly 70-80%. The minimum package offered is 2.5 LPA and the highest is nearly 33 LPA . The average package is 4-5 LPA. Many companies vists are college as our college is NAAC accredited which has a grade of A+.

The faculty is the worst part about the college

Our college facilities is not good. The faculty is the worst part about the college. They do not take classes instead they burden us with lots and lots of homework and assignment. They want us to perform very well in the exam but they won't bother themselves to take classes. Even if they take class, they teaching is not proper wave.
