Remarks
The placement record of the college are great in this time of panedamic the highest placement recorded is 30lakh and approx 80%students have got placements till now(although it has 100%placement record) in this panedamic situation rest will be placed in other companies because kiit will not leave them on their own it will again give them training and will help them to get placement, which I like most about this college. The average package is about 7lakhs.(this year it's approx 6 lakh). college has topped ARIIA ranking among self financing institutes. I'm 1st year btech cse student our classes are going on online in full swing. and will say the faculties are really good they have deep knowledge of their subjects. most of them are Ph.D. degree holders and some are completing their Ph.D. degree. I have visited the campus earlier and it was just awesome. some of my friends are there and I know that campus life is going to be amazing here. I will say if your family can afford this college go for it if you are not getting a good government college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is designed in a way that a student will get deep knowledge of the subject. Marks are divided on many factors like how much one is attentive in class, assignments, extra co extracurricular activities. Which helps one to get overall development.can't say much about industrial exposure because I'm a new student now. but according to our seniors kiit provides good exposure and good training also for an internship. The faculties are really very good. one faculty which I liked the most is BISWAJEET SAHOO sir he is our CSE professor and he teaches reall6very great.
Placement Experience
Almost all companies visit our campus this year Amazon gave the highest package of 30 lakh. placement is something for which kiit is known.it has a good placement cell which makes sure that every student gets a good placement. The Alumni network is also good. many alumni work in well-reputed companies like Amazon, Deloitte, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, etc
College Events
As I told I'm a 1st-year student and we have not gone to campus for classes. but according to seniors campus life is really great. I won't further comment on this. yes, there are many feats in our college. The best of which is kiit fest. which is held at a big level. any student who wants to participate in the activity can easily participate by registering with his tutor mentor or coordinator of fest.
Campus Life
For fitness freaks.I would like to tell there is well equipped gym, separate fields for basketball, cricket, lawn tennis, snooker of every game you can think of you will get to play here with best equipments. swimming pool is also there.WiFi service is 24*7(upto midnight for 1st year student)library is quite big with almost all good books collection.lab equipments are really good.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted for a hostel. as kiit provides us hostel and mess at a very low cost. food is also good(won't say best).hostel rooms are well maintained and spacious.it's very easy to have a hostel facility there are lots of hostel rooms available.
