Remarks

The first and the foremost thing about our college is food. They provide us Non- Veg for 6 days in a week. Our dining hall is so big. We have separate seating for Veg and Non-veg, and there is a separate dining hall for girls. We have bus routes for every place in and around the city. We have a canteen where we can get bakery items i.e. cakes and puffs and some kinda juice too, to be noted egg puff with a full egg costs only 5rs.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I had chosen mechanical engineering because I felt my self very connected to machines. The faculty-student ratio is very good. We have a bunch of faculty members almost every 20 students get a faculty. We have about 50+ faculty members for our department. We have 2 HODs one for lab affairs and one for student affairs. Quality faculty varies drastically where some staffs are extremely talented and knowledgeable i.e. it would be very fun and nice to learn things in the way they teach.

Internships Opportunities

4

As of now, I haven't received any internship programs but as the senior said that the college will arrange for internships in 7th semester. We can do any project with our own ideas and staff members will help us in doing it. We can even use the labs if needed.

Placement Experience

4

From 7th semester students are offered campus placements. Many companies visit our college MRF, HCL, TCS, and more. The highest offer made was about 25 lakhs per annum. Mostly the students who don't have a history of arrears will get placed easily. My plans are to do higher studies abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure Day scholar(merit) per year Teaching fee- 60000, Bus and food - 85000, Exam fee - 5000(per sem), The total amount per year - 155000, To be noted the first year is around 2 lakhs as they give some extra books and stuff. Hostler merit also has similar kind of fees structure instead of bus fee we have hostel fee and sone deposit amount. Day scholar (management) per year. Teaching fee is about 90000. And the bus and food are about 155000. Totally around 2.45 lakhs. Hostel fees may vary up to 3 lakhs. We have some scholarships available such as first graduate and some others where the fees drop significantly this is applicable only for merit students. Job assistance is good we have separate placement training cell.

Campus Life

4.5

Yes, we have a bunch of event taking place now and then but almost all of them are Intra college events. College day - it is an event where every student from each and every year will represent their own department. It has a wide variety of events from sports to dance. It usually takes place for 2 days. Achievers day - it is a night event, students who have won symposium and the students who have more than 8.5 CPGA can take part in this event. The food offered during this event is just mouth-watering to hear with more than 20 items on leaf and we have snacks too from pastry to juices. It would be fun hanging out in the night with music dance and food. Literally, everyone wants to attend this event.
