Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Exam structure is normal and has 8 semesters with 2 in each year. Curriculum is based on industry-specific knowledge and helps a lot in placement. Many campus placements gives us industrial training which helps us learn a lot. And ample companies visit our campus for placement procedure.

Placement Experience

We have ample companies thoughtout 6-7 months for placement procedure. These companies provide enough internship throughout the year and have good package.

College Events

Kiit has more than enough events throughout the year. There's an event on almost every month. With all kinds of events. We have dance, music, fashion show and lots more. The biggest event is kiit fest. We have stars from all around the country. We have very big kiit fest with students joining from all around the country from different universities. Students from our college participate in other colleges and excel wonderfully.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For 4 years in bachelors of Technology with the course of electronics and electrical the course fees was 16 lakhs which includes all hostel fees, mess fees, instituon fees and everything. We can borrow books from library without any payment or issue. The laptops we get can be repaired free of cost from the ICT cell.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes. They do have scholasrship for international students depending on your rank on the entrance exam

Campus Life

Kiit definitely has one of the best campus life. Lots of fest and events all round the year. Lots of societs with full of compitions. Lots of restraunts around for hanging out. No bullying in campus. There are ample small street food stalls around. No partiality between race, sex or gender. Everyone is treated equally.

Alumni/Alumna

Kiit has more very good alumni network. We have zoom calls with old alumni and they talk about their success and failure.

Admission

I got through KIIT entrance exam. It is a free online exam and subjects include maths, physics and chemistry. It has been good environment and faculty is good. Hostel is well accomodated. Lot's of activities and co curicullar fields to explore. We can volunteer in many fests and learn a lot. Many societies to explore your talent and lots of faculty help in your project.

Faculty

We have college hours of 6 hours approximately. And we have ample lectures throughout the day. Teachers and faculty members are Avaialble all the time for student and helping them for their projects. Labs are fully equipped with all the essential experiments.

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

A pretty good college with scope of improvement

Likes

The campus life is amazing. Our student union is extremely hard-working, and they always come up with some events or other to make your boredom go away
Faculties are very knowledgeable and unlike most colleges, they actually want to teach. The clinical experience is unmatched
Infrastructure is top notch. Single rooms are available from second year, and the hostels are quite well maintained

Dislikes

The curriculum is a bit too strict regarding marks and attendance. A little leniency would have been better
The campus area is a little smaller compared to other AIIMS
Too much administrative red tape causes delay in almost everything, be it installation of new water filters or filling a pothole

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to become a doctor, and MBBS is the first step to become one, so I choose this course. This course makes you a primary care physician, capable of providing basic healthcare services. And being a bachelor's degree, this is a stepping stone for the future endeavours in medico life. Though I feel there's room for improvement in the flexibility of the course, as there's not much to choose what to study. Exams are once in 2-3 months, and are moderately difficult, except the professional exams, for which you have to put your best efforts

Teaching is very good here , all the teachers are good except a few
Supportive seniors, help with studies n all
You will get a good environment for studies

Dislikes

Well campus isn't as we expected it to be
As always you have to choose your friends wisely
There's not a lot of fests going on yearly as like other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well MBBS is a serving degree, if you are interested in serving the people you can choose this degree. It also needs a lot of patience, here we have classes from 7 AM so its a bit hard to wake up this early & ends at 4 PM which causes more trouble coz u won't get to rest properly, usually we end up being tired & lack of sleep, so I think this schedule can have a bit more change with regards to us children. The exams here are done very frequently, as in the class tests are taken up time to time , sometimes surprise tests are also done so u have to be very updated with what's being studied each cls.The internals are held in every trimester & at the end of the year a product exam is being held which is the important one.

The admission process for KIIT University is simple. You have to register and give the KIITEE exam and based on your exam percentile and your 12th percentage you get selected. REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More
