Remarks

Because I heard a lot about my College. Fees is little bit high, it almost coat 75000 per semester for students who joined in 2019 and thia fees increases every year. Regarding scholarship, goverment gave many scholarships to the weaker sections students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Mechanical engineering is a very very interesting course and also little bit tough. Boys to girl ratio is almost 4:1. And all teachers are very cooperative and good.

Placement Experience

Placement statistics seems good for every branch available here. Maximum package goes to 40 lakhs and in mechanical engineering mean package is 6.8 lakhs.

A very nice experience in campus. Beautiful clean campus. It is almost in 300 acres and a very big campus. A total 11 hostels are available for boys and 3 for girls. Library is also good and have a vast and great quality and quantity of books. Many clubs are available to join and almost every sports is available to play.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i talk about my couse then i study in bsc (medical) which is a good course, we studies botany, zoology, chemistry, physics also we are nep student so we study more subject. By studying bsc we came to know my real life experiment like knowing about species, real life incidents etc. I suggest my teaching staff that they have to focus more in practical classes not on theory classes because students are more interested in them.

I chose this college due to its ranking and the overall atmosphere of the college and also the reviews or various alumni who are in good positions today. I did apply to other NITs like NIT Bhopal, NiT Surat, NIT Allahabad and others but didn't get confirmation of admission due to rank factor and spot rounds. Due to this I didn't secure admission in other colleges. NIT KURUKSHETRA: An Honest Review

The key reason for my choice of NIT KKR college was it has affordable fee structure , good campus cirriculum. Admissions are based on JEE Mains, followed by JOSAA/CSAB counselling. Candidates must have at least 75% in class 12 or be in top 20 percentile of their board. Cutoff and Seat Allocation:- General category:-For cs/it candidate rank must be in 5k-10k. Other branches require less ranking. OBC/EWS/SC/ST : Lower rank benefits due to reservation quota. There is female quota too just to increase boys:girls ratio in engineering colleges. There is state reservation of 50% in all NIT's. Admission Process:- JOSAA counselling:-Students list their prefernces based on JEE rank, and seats are allocated accordingly.
