Remarks

This college is good for campus placements and I got IT branch so I came here. And also the environment is quite good and moreover the hostel food is awesome. From second year onwards you have free will to choose what you want to eat in your breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a separate student committee for such selection in each hostel.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was quite updated as our college follows IIT Delhi curriculum. But the teaching quality is not up to mark. Also many teachers don't bother what the student is doing and moreover they have strict 75% attendance rule.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Placement Experience

A lots of company comes every year and placement is almost 100% but good placement is only 45-55%. College is very concern for placements of students and it helps to prepare from 3rd onwards. Alumni interaction is not soo good as juniors don't tend to interact much with the seniors until and unless both junior and senior are in same group.

College Events

4.5

In KIIT the is a Student Activity Centre know as KSAC. Where you will be able so see all sorts of society in which you can join. I am personally involved in 3 society. In terms of extracurricular activities KIIT is very awesome. KIIT participate in almost every event which held in different colleges. And every year KIIT organises KIITMUN (KIIT MODEL UNITED NATIONS).

Fees and Financial Aid

There will be a lot of loans facilities available when you go for the admission lots of banks are invited to do so. Basically 1st semester fee you have to give by your own and from next semester onwards you can avail the loan facilities

Campus Life

KIIT is specially know for its infrastructures. It have more than 12 swimming pool. More than 8 basketball court and volleyball court. It also have gymnasium in each school and department whose fees is very low and budget friendly to students. Hostels are well equipped with WIFI and the central library is really awesome. And also the electronic and electrical building are well equipped with lots of LAB.

Hostel Facilities

Infrastructure is good well furnished and in non-AC room is equipped with 3 bed, 3 tables, 3 chairs and 3 wardrobes. And lots of space to keep belongings. Rent is 21000 per semester. At the time of admission you have to fill the forms if you want to avail for Hostel facility.

Hostel Fee: INR 77000 per year

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

A pretty good college with scope of improvement

Likes

The campus life is amazing. Our student union is extremely hard-working, and they always come up with some events or other to make your boredom go away
Faculties are very knowledgeable and unlike most colleges, they actually want to teach. The clinical experience is unmatched
Infrastructure is top notch. Single rooms are available from second year, and the hostels are quite well maintained

Dislikes

The curriculum is a bit too strict regarding marks and attendance. A little leniency would have been better
The campus area is a little smaller compared to other AIIMS
Too much administrative red tape causes delay in almost everything, be it installation of new water filters or filling a pothole

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to become a doctor, and MBBS is the first step to become one, so I choose this course. This course makes you a primary care physician, capable of providing basic healthcare services. And being a bachelor's degree, this is a stepping stone for the future endeavours in medico life. Though I feel there's room for improvement in the flexibility of the course, as there's not much to choose what to study. Exams are once in 2-3 months, and are moderately difficult, except the professional exams, for which you have to put your best efforts

Teaching is very good here , all the teachers are good except a few
Supportive seniors, help with studies n all
You will get a good environment for studies

Dislikes

Well campus isn't as we expected it to be
As always you have to choose your friends wisely
There's not a lot of fests going on yearly as like other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well MBBS is a serving degree, if you are interested in serving the people you can choose this degree. It also needs a lot of patience, here we have classes from 7 AM so its a bit hard to wake up this early & ends at 4 PM which causes more trouble coz u won't get to rest properly, usually we end up being tired & lack of sleep, so I think this schedule can have a bit more change with regards to us children. The exams here are done very frequently, as in the class tests are taken up time to time , sometimes surprise tests are also done so u have to be very updated with what's being studied each cls.The internals are held in every trimester & at the end of the year a product exam is being held which is the important one.

I did not apply for other colleges. Before getting admission in KIIT I did hear good reviews about the college and placements here so I applied for the CSE course here. The admission process for KIIT University is simple. You have to register and give the KIITEE exam and based on your exam percentile and your 12th percentage you get selected. REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More
