Must Do Internship Whenever possible

College is really good, in terms of academics, professors, extra co-curricular activities. College does provide many opportunities to be a part of many clubs and teams where the student can explore their interest apart from academics. Admission starts with the exam result followed by the ranking which will segregate you to take particular courses depending upon the rank. VIT stands in the top 10 in terms of academics, placements and has the best hostel mess as compared to another college which provides comfort to students.

I was very much passionate about cars and automobiles and this made me chose this course. After joining college, I was fortunate enough to be a part of the formula student team which taught me real student life. Faculty: student ratio = 1: 60 The faculties are double and triple degrees with very good command over the subjects they teach. Exams are conducted in a very timely and it is easy to pass the exams if the student maintains a good pace with their academics.

Many companies including L&T, Daimler, Infosys, TCS provide paid internships for 6 months. The campus internship plays an important role in further career advancement where companies do offer PPO after completion of the internship, so it is always advisable for students to perform best during internships.

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Academics CGPA plays a very important role during placement times, the better the CGPA the better you'll be eligible for more companies. Companies including TCS, Infosys, Maruti, Daimler, and many other multinational corporations visit for hiring bright talents. The average package varies with branch and is recorded as 5.5 LPA Almost every student has a job offer before leaving the campus and the percentage record is around 90%.

Fees depend upon student's ranking, it does provide scholarships to the top 100 students selected from the VITEEE exam. The rank will further segregate into categories which will then affect the annual fee

VIT conducts a lot of social and cultural events for the students to maintain a healthy study life balance. The library is huge and contains more than 10000 books and so many of them are uploaded on the VIT library portal where students can access it on the laptop. Smart projectors for presentations are available in every classroom. VIT has separate grounds for football, tennis, cricket, basketball along with indoor activities including table tennis, chess along with gymnasium.

Hostel rooms are really made to provide the best comfort for students, including the air conditions, fan, bed. Water facilities with proper filter machines are available for the student to maintain hygiene. Food is just really tasty in VIT college and is reviewed as the best quality food as compared to other college hostels.
