This college is very good at Campos placement. There are many facilities in this college; like a gym, playground and many more. The facilities of this college are also very good. They are very sportive and helping in nature.

I choose this college because this college fee has very less, in this fee this is a very good college, not on a fee basis this college is good facilities of this college are also very good. They guide the student in a proper way.

There are many internship opportunities available in this college. Our college internship is too good. We all students are very happy in our college internship. We all are going to internship in pantaloons.

The campus placement of this college is very good. There are many companies that come to placement drive. The placement drive starts in the 5th trimester. The highest package of the college is 1200000 per annum.

The fee structure of this college is good. The opportunity of the scholarship of the college good. I have already take a scholarship to this college during my first year. Now, I tell you about campus jobs, there are many opportunities to get a job from campus. I am already placed and I get the job from campus placement.

Campus Life

First, I talk about the college infrastructure is very good and natural. There are many sports and extra curriculum in a sport like; cricket, volleyball, badminton, table tens and many more games, and about extra curriculum like; industrial visit, picnic and many more.

Hostel Facilities

The facility of the hostel is very nice. The hostel food is very nice. I am all ready to stay in this hostel and I feel like I am staying at the home. The room in this hostel is very good. The meal quality of the hostel like home food.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Interview Experience

Yes, I face the written test and interview for admission. First, I face the written test, when I pass the test that I face the interview, which was taken by the counselling head. When I was cleared all round, then I got admissions to this college.

Likes

Placements are quite good peers are usually from ranchi
Professors are quite good. They have dept knowledge ot the subjects which they are teaching
Pressure is quite low if you compare it with other b schools

Dislikes

Course curriculum can be made more pratical as it is quite theoretical in nature
Pratical exposure can be improved like more guest lectures and seminars

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

Life at XLRI

Likes

Great campus life. Everyone gets single rooms, so theres privacy and flexibility to fo things at your own pace.
Engagement activities in terms of fests, committees on campus. Everyone gets a chance to participate in varius events catering to their likes and dislikes.
The professors really lean into technologically advanced teaching resources abd methods usings google classrooms and teams classrooms. This streamlined the deadlines, required assignments and upcoming quizzes

Dislikes

A certain lack of transparency regarding the placements policies and process.
The hunger for more students and contant construction on campus. All free and green spaces are used for more rooms constructed which just deteriorates the quality of life there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The HR course was quite comprehensive. Lots of subjects were dedicated to different functionalities of HR. Lots of focus on Law, and employee benefits, worker rights and employer responsibility. The course boasts of some of the stalwarts of the industry teaching different courses such as the Professor who teaches compensation is responsible for designing the compensation structure over at HUL. It's very comprehensive, and periodically reviewed to remain relevant to the changing times

The professor's are amazing and always ready to help.
The infrastructure is very beautiful and charming.
The course curriculum is up to date so it helps in several areas.

Dislikes

For me i think IMS is best and yes of course you should surely enroll here.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies that visit IMS and pick students by taking exams and interviews. Some of them include Accenture, Capgemini, tcs, etc. These multinational companies visit and you can take your chance by qualifying exam and interview. In short, there is full placement in IMS and you will surely be settled after your course.

Admission:

The admission was done on the basis of the CAT entrance exam. I applied for the admission online and after my application was shortlisted, I took the written test conducted by the college which was followed by the group discussion and personal interview.

A review on my college

Remarks:

The infrastructure of our college is very good. The campus life was great too, we have a good library updated to a digital library, labs, counseling center, ATM, etc. The film society used to run film shows at the weekend which was awesome.

Remarks:

The college and campus were built on strong fundamentals that each and every student is important even though they are passed out they would still remain a member of the institute. My college experience

My college campus is very good and here all the teachers are very careful, supportive and protecting and the way of teaching all the is very very good. Our admission process is we gave an exam at the entrance as KAT on 24th August. Kimds environment is very silent for study without any disturbance and campus area is very big for warmup and anything and the main reason is hostel facility is very good at a cheap rate.
