Remarks

The environment of the college is good. All the facilities provided by the college are best like the library and the books which available in the library. The admission process was nice they conduct their own entrance test The ROI of the college is good that why I select this college

Course Curriculum Overview

My background graduation is from Accountancy that why I select this. Through this course, I directly appointed as a manager in any organization There are more than 14 facilities available in the college. They all are P. Hd their teaching method is quite impressive They conduct time-to-time exams. If any student attend the classes properly then he can easily pass the exam

Course Fees: INR 337000 per year

Internships Opportunities

They offer retail roles in the pantaloons and in which the student is interested they arrange the intership according to the demand of the students. Some students get a stipend and some not get it. They provide us many projects through that we get to know about how a business organization is run

Placement Experience

From semester 3 student are eligible for campus placement Britannia, pantaloons, reliance, hdfc bank, bajaj alliance, They provide 100% placement After completing my degree I want to set up my own business

Fees and Financial Aid

They increase fee according to there facilities given to the students If the student secures good marks in the exam the college itself provides scholarship to the concerned student. Jharkhand government also provide the scholarship to the student of Jharkhand

Campus Life

There is an annual festival organized by the student of the college and from time to time there is an industrial visit organized by the college faculties All kind of books which is related with our course is available in the library and company-related journals are also available there There is a sports room me a student who is interested in games

Hostel Facilities

They provide a bed, study table chair Almira Quality of meal is good you feel like at home. They are a long menu they provide food according to day to day basis. The registration process is easy and affordability is also easy

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Interview Experience

The topic was GST in GD, in an interview they asked me about my educational background. The test pattern is nice they ask questions from maths, reasoning current, and marketing You have to pass all the stage of admission like exam GD, PI Through YouTube and google, i prepare myself for the exam

Likes

Placements are quite good peers are usually from ranchi
Professors are quite good. They have dept knowledge ot the subjects which they are teaching
Pressure is quite low if you compare it with other b schools

Dislikes

Course curriculum can be made more pratical as it is quite theoretical in nature
Pratical exposure can be improved like more guest lectures and seminars

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

Life at XLRI

Likes

Great campus life. Everyone gets single rooms, so theres privacy and flexibility to fo things at your own pace.
Engagement activities in terms of fests, committees on campus. Everyone gets a chance to participate in varius events catering to their likes and dislikes.
The professors really lean into technologically advanced teaching resources abd methods usings google classrooms and teams classrooms. This streamlined the deadlines, required assignments and upcoming quizzes

Dislikes

A certain lack of transparency regarding the placements policies and process.
The hunger for more students and contant construction on campus. All free and green spaces are used for more rooms constructed which just deteriorates the quality of life there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The HR course was quite comprehensive. Lots of subjects were dedicated to different functionalities of HR. Lots of focus on Law, and employee benefits, worker rights and employer responsibility. The course boasts of some of the stalwarts of the industry teaching different courses such as the Professor who teaches compensation is responsible for designing the compensation structure over at HUL. It's very comprehensive, and periodically reviewed to remain relevant to the changing times

The professor's are amazing and always ready to help.
The infrastructure is very beautiful and charming.
The course curriculum is up to date so it helps in several areas.

Dislikes

For me i think IMS is best and yes of course you should surely enroll here.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies that visit IMS and pick students by taking exams and interviews. Some of them include Accenture, Capgemini, tcs, etc. These multinational companies visit and you can take your chance by qualifying exam and interview. In short, there is full placement in IMS and you will surely be settled after your course.

Admission:

The admission was done on the basis of the CAT entrance exam. I applied for the admission online and after my application was shortlisted, I took the written test conducted by the college which was followed by the group discussion and personal interview.

Remarks:

The infrastructure of our college is very good. The campus life was great too, we have a good library updated to a digital library, labs, counseling center, ATM, etc. The film society used to run film shows at the weekend which was awesome.

My college experience

My college campus is very good and here all the teachers are very careful, supportive and protecting and the way of teaching all the is very very good. Our admission process is we gave an exam at the entrance as KAT on 24th August.
