Reality of top college of Bangalore

Remarks :

The good aspect is the college campus is in the centre of Bangalore. The bad aspect is College campus is too small. Admission procedure: Three ways Comedk, Kcet, Management. I prefer Ramiah because it is in Bangalore which provides good exposure to learn new skills. I use Quora to get a review about the college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

ECE is one of the top branches in term of placement so I prefer it. The faculty to student ratio is 1:30. Most of the faculty are either Mtech or PhD holder. There are three exams in a semester two are internal and one end sem exam.

Internships Opportunities :

Most of the internship is of software role itself like Bosch it is 25k per month for a software role. As Ramiah is in Bangalore so internships opportunities are plenty some of them are paid but some are unpaid.

Placement Experience :

7th sem students become eligible for placement companies that come to our college include TCS Amazon, IBM, Wipro, BHEL, Flipkart, Google, Qualcomm and many more. The highest is around 25 LPA. Average around 7 LPA. My plan after my college degree is to opt for MBA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees depend on the entry through which you join the college of IR Kcet it is 1 lakh per year excluding the hostel, for Comedk students it is 2.3 lakh per year. And for management it same as Comedk except for donation that is for the CSE branch it is around 25 lakh for ISE it is 18 lakh for ECE it is 15 lakh and so on. Scholarship opportunities are very few in college.

Campus Life :

Annual fest Uddhav. The library is good u can find all the major book in the library. The classroom is not at all high tech only one projector is there. Sports facilities are not there in college only one basketball court and one lawn tennis court us on the entire campus. Avenues for extra current activities are there but not that high. IEEE, EDC, NSS, Albratoss are some of the club run by students.

Other Applied Colleges

Placement Experience :

Some companies arrive in college during 6th sem so the students are eligible to participate from 6th or 7th sem. Many companies are visiting every year including high paying startups, such as Amazon, Microsoft, Urban Clap etc. The average package resides between 5.5 lac - 6 lac. The highest package up to date is 30 Lacs/annum. Almost 85% of students get placed. After my degree, I would like to do something from which I could earn and become independent. I have no plans to study further.

Remarks :

On-Campus Facilities & Amenities. The campus is good. The lab equipments are highly appreciated. This was the college which was actually suggested by most of my seniors and friends. I got this college through CET. Moreover I had visited the website of this college before joining. Website was atria.edu. I joined this college in May 2018. The process was through KEA, we have to select few colleges and from that we get selected in any of the colleges that we had mentioned, so I luckily got this college. Reason for preferring this college was that it is a bit near to my house. So travelling is okay compared with the other colleges. Teachers are very much friendly and they support us in every aspect. Our college has a nice placement and that was one of the other reason too. We have seen more number of people getting placed in good companies every year.

Admission :

Criteria: you can get addmission through any competative exams like CET, COMEDK, or any other. And also through payment seats. I got admitted through CET.

I have chosen this course because I want to become an engineer in ISRO. In telecommunication engineering, satellite study is involved. I think everything is very good in our branch. Events and fests are conducted every month here, and the campus crowd is very good.

Remarks :

The college is stupendously awesome. The staff are very kind and student friendly. The students are made sure not to get bored in the college. The management does a good job of offering free education to the students who cannot afford paying high fees. These are all the good things one can expect while seeking admission into a college.
