Home away from Home

It has good placement. Famous among Tamil Nadu. Coimbatore climate is good and there Coimbatore people's are friendly. And after all that, it's my dream college. I don't know what's others point of view, but I'm enjoying it a lot. Exams are strict though.

It's kind of a long relationship. We will be having a tutor for class, he conveys all the message. We can visit the staff's room in case of any doubt. Particular time after lunch is alloted for that. Can't expect all staffs to be friendly but most of them are friendly, regardless of department.

We had companies like caterpillar, TVS, Hyundai, Bosch, Valvo for internship and they also give stipend. We have to do one mini project in the 3rd year and one main project in the 4th by ear. We will be assigned to staffs. They give more inputs. It's very helpful in real-life application.

After the 6th semester, we are eligible to attend placements. Mechanical engineering has different companies like a caterpillar, Hyundai, Ford, Renault, etc. Salary varies from 9 LPA to 5 LPA. Around 80% will get placed. I'm also looking forward to placement.

I'm getting a government scholarship and since I'm a merit student I pay only less whereas others have to pay 80,000 per year. Hostel cost will be around 80k. So merit student has more financial help. I expected more fees but it's good that even unaffordable students can study easily.

It's the most important thing that education. There are lots of clubs and lots of opportunities to make friends. Department clubs, radio club's, social clubs etc. are available. Sports are also fun. It has huge ground and a separate area for separate games. Some clubs are RADIO HUB, STUDENTS UNION.

It has a good menu and separate places for North Indian mess. It tastes good. Wifi is available, if you register, then you can use it. The current and generator are working good. Good water availability. Strictly ragging not allowed.
