Remarks

There are many positives when compared with negatives. Positives are studying in NIT is a blessing first of all. Then gaining marks with average percentage and getting immense knowledge is wonderful. Sports, Clubs interacting with different people from different states is really awesome. Negatives are there will be always delay in work in academic section and examination department.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

So i attended the first lecture in my engineering. The first day went very well. Later i got to know that the curriculum would be same for all 1st years. I enjoyed very well. But result was quite disappointing. In 2nd year everyone went to their respective branches. It was again exciting that new fellows, new courses. Some guys i already knew as i met them in 1st year itself.

Placement Experience

4

Placements wise the one who studied hard and maintained their cgpa got good jobs(our seniors). Someone who didn't have cgpa also got jobs. So it solely depends on you how you manages and get attention towards you for job. Placements really good. An average guy can also gets job. Coming to interns, as i was in 3rd year as of now i didn't get any intern but many of my friends got intern.

College Events

In our college their will be TECHNICAL FEST known as TECHNOZION and CULTURAL FEST known as SPRING SPREE. And their is also YOUTH FEST recently started from our batch. During TECHNOZION their will be different workshops will be held and events all over the college which is eyefeast for everyone. And during SPRING SPREE cultural activities will be held and pro shows and DJ nights simply awesome.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible. The fee structure will be according to the division of categories. For open category for one semester their tuition fee is 67,500 and hostel fee & mess fee will be around 30,000. For OBC category people tuition fee is one third of open category people i.e, 27,000 and hostel & mess fee is same. For SC & ST people no tuition fee only mess and hostel fee which is feasible. And for other country students it is like based on DASA / SARC various division.

Fees and Financial Aid

For open category and OBC people their is a scheme that is merit scholarship scheme in which they can get their tuition fee based on their academics. Some scheme for financially backward people that is SC&ST people who are unable to pay their hostel and mess fee can apply this scheme.

Campus Life

4.5

In 1st year we used to have EAA (EXTRA ACADEMIC ACTIVITY) which is compulsory. We used to have twice a week. Labs will be their through out the engineering except in final year final semester. Sports wise their will be different tournaments will be held. And their will also inter nit competitions will be held every year. I represent my NIT WARANGAL team in cricket.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I have been staying in hostel from 1st year. In 1st year we are 1.8 k ULTRA MEGA HOSTEL in which the hostel is superb and 2 persons for one room and outside country people one room for one person. In second year we are given in blocks which is not so good when compared with 1st year hostel, 3 persons for one room. For 3rd and final years 1 k MEGA HOSTEL which is again good. Only second year you have to adjust.

Alumni/Alumna

Every year alumni students who passed out will be come and share their experiences. They will be different people with different experience which are really helpful. They guide us. When compared to alumni our seniors are really helpful as they come with their company during our placements and gives us tips.

Admission

Firstly i heard about the college life of NIT and IIT. On that day i decided to study what is necessary. So i joined in MPC in INTERMEDIATE in our locality itself. I started to know that things are really gonna tough, so i worked very hard. On the day of entrance examination JEE MAINS i was tense and nervous. My parents backed me it will be ok. So with that confidence i wrote the examination. The exam went not very well. I am disaapointed. On the day of results i am surprised that i am gonna enter NIT gate. So my senior from NIT helped me in opting better options. And finally i am in NIT WARANGAL.

Faculty

4

Faculty wise they are really exceptional. Some are outstanding. Some are really tough and some are very friendly. In my 1st year teachers are used to guide us about the future and caution us to read whatever they said in class on the same day itself otherwise you will be trouble. In 1st year teachers are from different departments. From second faculty are from the respective department only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmacy was the best option for Bipc students apart from MBBS. My main aim was MBBS,but unfortunaley i couldn't get it. Retail pharma, industrial, clinical had a huge scope which made me to opt for Bachelor of Pharmacy. Curriculum needs more practical knowledge to prove within the real time market. Improvement was much needed with research based programs as it was the major core area for pharma aspirants. Frequency betwween internal and external exams were too short.

Placement Experience:

From 4th sem itself students are eligible for placements. Although students get access to paid internships from their 1st year itself, just they need some effort. But as NIAT is yet new and no batch has passed out yet so we still don't have the exact placement percentage rate. But as we are getting paid internships from 1st year itself so it's very evident that placement would also be good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course as I dreamt of becoming a doctor since I was a child. In our college, the faculty is good and are qualified enough. They teach the basic things and make us learn things in a clear way. There will be two internal exams, one prefinal exam in every year. Those with an average of 50% in internal exams are allowed to write the final exams. There is quite a difficulty in passing the final exam as there is a vast syllabus.
