Admissions are made through counselling based on rank obtained in JEE Mains seat vacant after JEE Mains counselling are filled on merit basis in 10+2. The admission process is very simple and the counselling process is online after counselling we have to report to college for documents verification.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers are helpful, and their teaching quality is good. The teaching is not good to know about the industrial environment. Mostly, teachers are PhD holders and well experienced. But many classes are incompatible in law subject practically. Our college is not good or poor for practice. The course curriculum is very much relevant. It's up to you that how you utilise the resources. Whatever the teachers teach after the first year, it makes the students industry-ready.
Internships Opportunities
Almost all students applied for the internship and get many certificates and good stipends in companies like L&T, Mahindra etc. The top roles are software developer, stack developer, Android app developer, etc.
Placement Experience
In the 2020 batch, only 20% (30 out of 150) of students got placed from my branch. The highest package offered was 10 LPA (1 student by a marketing company), the lowest package was 2.3 LPA, and the average package was 3 LPA. Infosys recruited almost 7-8 students from my branch. In the 3rd year, almost 100% of students got summer internships, of which 20% of students got it from college on a merit basis and others got it on their own. Almost 10 students went for internships. 5-6 students got placed in the civil field, and other students went mostly to marketing companies as interns.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee seems very high if we see facilities provided by the college. There are so many additional charges taken during exam time. Sports facilities are free, no change takes place. Semester Fees can be paid online. By exam fee paid only offline. No college does not provide transparency in the fee breakdown. In Computer Science the annual fees are approximately 80k which is I think very affordable in comparison to other colleges (especially private colleges). There are also many types of scholarships involved according to the category in which you belong.
Campus Life
Thar and Anukriti are the most interactive technical and cultural fests conducted once in a couple of years. The college infrastructure is pretty good. Wi-Fi is available in hostels and even departmental buildings. Labs for some subjects are very well-managed. The classrooms are neat and clean. A library is available, and we get books for every semester, and we can also read in the library. Seating arrangements are very comfortable. The quality of facilities is very satisfactory most of the time. The sports facilities are very good. They organise every type of sports competition like cricket, football, badminton, chess, volleyball, basketball, and other technical games.
Hostel Facilities
Wi-Fi is available in hostels and even departmental buildings. Labs for some subjects are very well-managed. The quality of facilities is very satisfactory most of the time. I didn't have any big problems with the facilities. Yes, there are also rented available outside the college.
