Remarks

Pros of my college-1-. Teacher's are very supportive, apart from syllabus, they really do tell us about current trend and technology that are in demand2- Campus is clean, good canteen food, great libraries, and very supportive seniors.Cons-1 - Extra curricular activities are there but very few. This is the only cons, currently I'm remembering.Admission Process--Admission process is like any other colleges, or universities,If you've matches with cutoff, prepare your documents, specially results (10th and 12th), if you want reservation, then caste certificate is must, along with other documents which you easily get detail from respective college.Just wanted to clear one thing, If you've cross the cutoff, and you are lacking with any documents, except results, then do come to college for admission, colleges does provide extra time for submission of you documents, and I'm really honest about it.Reason for me selecting this college over others because it the best college for computer science in entire delhi university.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I'm really computer enthusiastic boy, so i really wanted to know about different technologies of computer science environment that's why i choose this course. As i mention earlier, this is one of the best College for computer science. Faculty is very supportive and always ready for help to any students.Faculty members are also well qualified, most of them are PhD holders, some are also with masters degree, but they are really do understand, how to teach students in fun and informative way.Teacher to student ratio, i would say 25:1 Now let's talk about the examination, which is I'm sure many students wanted to know about it.You go in any college or university, you go there for study along with fun. You'll find two type of students in colleges, One who study daily for 2 hours( in college life), he/she will paas the examination with ease, with great marks, but many students study before a month for semester exam, and they do really good, so it depends, if you are regular to college, you don't have to think about examination, it will be way way easier then jeeMain or board exams.

Internships Opportunities

5

Many internships are provided by college, so if you are really interested you will find internships very easily, I'm really interested in full stack development, so i took a internships from off Campus, i really do learn many things about this industry. The projects was about makings a student community forum for delhi University's Students, it was really fun and tons of things I've learn from it.So i would suggest to take internships in summer vacation for your own skill.it really do help for your better future.

Placement Experience

4

last year Students are eligible for placement, many recognise companies do come to college like wipro, tata and others.Average package is around 250000 highest package was around 16lacs per annum.Generally many students choose doing masters and then trying to find job, I'm currently preparing for Nimcet, and I'm also looking for masters in computer applications. And i would suggest to students to do masters either MCA or Msc in computer science for better future and better placements

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is floating around 25k to 28k for single year(2 semesters).Scholarship are there, and my college doesn't provide any scholarships from themselves but they really help in fill form of various scholarships provided by government like NSP. Personally i do get scholarships of 15k from NSP.Placements are good here, if you have work on your skill along with fun in your College life, you'll easily get good decent job as fresher. And one more thing I'm forgetting here, my college does provide fee concession for economically weak students, so you can fill form of the same.

Campus Life

5

Quality of fests are increasing year by year in my college, before this covid, Milind Gabba come to our college, which was a great funLibrary is like perfect place to me, many different types of books are available along with daily famous magazine and other journals.Extracurricular activities are there, but few i would say.but my department does organise different different programs, for great fun and learning. We actually do have a website with name " tutorialduniya" run by my senior Abhishek bhaiya, here you can get all notes, compiled books and previous year questions for you course,.along with many other things, so do check out that.https://tutorialsduniya.com( this is complete url)

Admission

There is no GD or any type of thing happened at time of my admission, cross the cutoff, take the admission, but now in covid time, things might be different, so do check college's sites for more accurate details.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Jamia Millia Islamia are not too high or too low and depend on the branch. Students can apply for placements starting from their 7th semester. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and some startups come to recruit. The average salary offered is between 7 to 8 lakhs per year, but there are not many students who get higher packages. About 40 to 60 percent of students get placed. Many students also work on getting into higher studies or look for jobs outside the campus after they finish their degree.
