After getting shortlisted through REAP. I had to go to college to secure my seat. The admission process was very lucid. The admission cell answered every query in detail. Helped me fill all those forms and other formalities. Later we talked to a couple of professors.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose mechanical because of my interest and curiosity to learn about machines and newer technology. Faculty in every subject was very helpful and guided us to clear midterms and university exams with more emphasis on practical knowledge. The majority of the faculty were Ph.D. holders Terms exams were schedule twice in equal intervals every semester.
Internships Opportunities
I did my intership with RAPS and I was project leader in it. My project was on leakage in plants We were asked to make a tool to minimize the leakage of water and other liquids We did work on fire safety as well to ensure minimum life damage.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester TCS Mahindra Infosys Jaro Education HCL ONGC Around 60% were placed from the college itself I have some other plans post getting a degree from RTU but many students who had their dream package and are doing the best of their abilities.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees hike policy was oversighted by AICTE which was the rationale and was affordable to the majority. No stipend during my vocational training But my college provided all the facilities for all College provides us opportunities to interact with personalities who could help us develop all-around development.
Campus Life
Books were easily available and issued Classrooms were fully equipped for both conventional as well as a digital mode of teaching The college had all the facilities to pursue hobbies such as basketball court, volleyball court kho kho ground, track and field ground also were taken care of by committees quite well There were debate clubs and groups semester-wise to raise issues with the governance.
