EFFECTIVENESS OF P.M.S

Online admission process and personal interview were conducted and in the first phase of selection, I was not selected. In the second phase only I was selected. It too To BBA to complete 6 years and MBA is running ongoing from 2017. So I prefer slow learners not to select this college.

All exams consist of High Order thinking questions and it is tough to pass. I choose this course because to pass my MBA and settle into a job. Each department in MBA consist of sufficient faculty and each class consist of around 60 students. All are highly qualified faculties. The teaching method is ppts, word document, pdf, case studies, etc, Exams are conducted as per the schedule and it is difficult to pass the exam for slow learners.

No such like that internship offered. we should only search. I have done a project in p.m.s ( h.r ) effectiveness of performance management system in united India insurance company limited. done project in UIC done internships in uiic schwing stetter, greaves cotton.

For mba from 5 th trisem students are eligible for placements. I dont know exactly but icici, federal bank, Kotak Mahindra, etc are visiting for mba placements. Microsoft 39 lakhs is the highest placement during my course duration. i don't know how many percentages of students are placed. to settle in a good job either government or private.

When I studied the annual fees was 300000 and so totally for 2 years, it was 6,00,000 . Now the annual fee in lockdown is 3,50,000 and for 2 years it is 7,00,000. Iam not satisfied with the fee. Arrear fee is 1000 rupee and To study the subject from first the fee is 6000 rupee. To withdraw a current subject the fee is 6000.

Rivera is a cultural fest conducted in february. Gravitas is a technological fest. Periyar library is a vast library which consists of journals and various books. Projector, digital board, and CENTRALIZED A.C in M.G . Block where M.B.A department is located. Swimming Pool, Gym, Basketball, Table tennis, Stadium, indoor gym, hockey facilities are available. Vit is is TWITTER , FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIAS. VIT Is running an alumini network named VITAA.

I faced written tests and personal Interviews. There was no G.D conducted. The personal interview question was " why should I give you a seat in this college ? ". I wrote MAT secured 54% and applied online then the date for the Written test was announced and conducted. Then personal interview round was conducted. I was rejected. Then in Phase 2 of selection, I was selected because I am an Alumni of V.I.T Business school. I prepared with help of google.
