Remarks

The Admission process was quite organized I opted to go here because I preferred quality of education and learning. English wasn't required to be included in the best of 4. We had a week orientation on the 8main campus to have interactive sessions and introductory sessions.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chose Economics because I was interested in learning more about human needs and wanted to have a global perspective inclining towards economics. Faculty is top-notch, best professors with exalted academic standards. Offline we have two end-term exams and a mid-term exam but as we know now everything is online it's quite tedious and hectic with project proposals, 4 exams for each subject inclusive of surprise tests.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is decent in comparison to DU it's high but worth it because of facilities, amenities, and academics plus opportunities. The campus offers internships and placements as well. USME DTU has a separate placement & internship cell which organizes corporate engagement week twice a year for its students.

Campus Life

4

So we have Engifest in the main campus we can get involved in both the campuses (activities but not all societies only Enactus) but the east campus has its own societies with good range(sports, dance, art, drama, corporate, economics, fashion, social, etc). You can give auditions/interviews and join any club. It Will help in personal and professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA English Honours curriculum at DU SOL is relevant and provides a strong foundation in literature and language. The course covers diverse topics that support academic learning and critical thinking. The flexible structure is suitable for distance-learning students. Adding more practical activities, updated study materials, and interactive learning opportunities could further improve the overall course experience.

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
