Remarks

I'm applying in the university of Rajasthan to study MA sociology.I want to be a sociologist that's why I want to study sociology. The admission process of RU is so simple first you apply online form of entrance exam pass the exam with the required marks and you become a RU student.RU Required minimum marks in last year 60% above for admission and there Is no minimum age required for study in RU.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I chose this course because of my future preference. I want to be a sociologist and RU can make my dream real. sociology Is a better option to study for social work. The teachers of our college are very skilled and qualified for their work of teaching. they all are doctorates in their subjects and good teaching experience. the teachers are communicate with each and every student and spend all their time with students.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Many companies came to our campus to hire students for Job and our college gives students internship options for their bright future. Students go to companies for work on an internship basis and get 1-2year experience for a bright future. Many companies came for internships like tata, intercome, Intel work, etc.

Placement Experience

5

Every year many companies come to our college to appointing workers do their company, they hired the best student for their work. One other opportunity is we can apply for government jobs. we can also apply for teacher and professor jobs. That companies want 60% result for their work. My plan is to be a teacher after getting a degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is 30000. There is a scholarship system available in our college basic of good performance in study and amazing performance in sports and the other one scholarship system for ST/SC student they apply for a scholarship and they study free. yearly they got full fee from the government.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have to work on my communication skills and learn how to communicate fluently. And this course really helps me to communicate way better in English and teaches about content writing, which I am learning right now. I will say the course curriculum is good; it can be better if there is a small online lecture on Sunday, it would be great. There is no problem with the timing of the exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The entire course was divided into 9 subjects. The previous year that is the first year had 4 subjects which were more of a basic understanding which included micro, macro economics and the final year had 5 subjects. The entire Economics curriculum was carefully subjugated into parts so that students can access them easily and increase their knowledge base and information about the subject. the examination was also based upon the need and fact that requires in depth understanding of the topic. Apart from this, the examination was conducted in a timely manner and the level of paper was also moderate to difficult. The marking scheme was also as per the official scheme prescribed by the university making the entire process smooth and student friendly. I personally chose this course due to the fact that I had great amount of interest towards economy and it's functioning since class 12th. So it becomes more lucrative for me to complete my higher education in it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum aptly covers all aspects of the subject that a professional should know. It prepares a person for real world too as there is equal amount of importance given to learning of theory as well as understanding the practical implications of what have been learned. A scholastic year is divided into two semesters. One semester includes coverage of 2 syllabus units after which the CA (continuous assessment) takes place. After the CA the rest 3 syllabus units are covered and then the Semester End Examinations take place. After the SEE, there is a break of around one month followed by another semester. In all, one Semester covers 5 units and overall the curriculum covers 10 units in one scholastic year in every paper code. This system allows to efficiently understand and learn about the required material without putting too much pressure at once.
