Satisfactory-[AMU], Aligarh

There was an entrance examination consisting of 100 questions of 1 mark each with 1/4 negative Marking. It consists of Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, General Awareness. They shortlist 5 times students of total vacant seats. After Qualifying for the examination We have to face GD & PI of 25 marks. And then Merit declared. I secured 3rd rank in final list.

To secure a better position in any reputed organization I chose this subject. It may open various fields for me to apply for a job. Most of the faculties are very cooperative and are of student-friendly nature in this Corona pandemic, which is most important due to online classes. As the method of teaching and assessment is totally online, They are trying their best to serve us. The strength of our class is 60 and we have studied 8 subjects in our 1st semester.

WIPRO, Mac hospital, TCS, Softnice, and many more companies come forward for providing internships. But students themselves search for various other Companies which provides paid internship. We will search after our 2nd semester.

I have no info regarding this. But there are many reputed companies which come for giving job offers to students like TCS, ICICI, ASIAN PAINTS, WIPRO, Toyota, Mahindra, etc. But I have not visited TPO yet, so don't have complete knowledge.

The tuition fee is 18740 which doesn't include hostel mess charges. As Hostels and departments are not functioning offline so we have not to pay the hostel food charges this year. Due to the pandemic, it took too long for the admission process so we were not able to apply for most of the financial assistance and scholarship. I have applied for one scholarship but was not able to appear in Online Interview due to some network issue in my area t that time.

Due to Pandemic, we are not able to join our college offline, nothing such activities faced by us till yet. But as per we know about the institution and after contacting with seniors we came to know that College has a lot of sports facilities, extracurricular activities were continuously offered to students. There is Central Library in University which is largest in Asia and department itself has seminar Library as well as book bank which offers books to students for the whole semester.

Not joined the hostel till now. But as my prev course is also from here, So I think that this university has the best hostel life with the Cheapest and good Quality of food. it also provides sports facilities, annual fest, hall function, etc.

I have faced both GD and PI. First, they called us into groups of 8 students and ask us to choose one of the slips from the bowl which consists of a lot of paper slips of Gd topic. Or topic was "Wate Resources should be Nationalised". The panel gave us the time of two minutes to think over it and to note down the points in our mind. Then GD was started. I took the chance to start the GD by elaborating on the topic and purpose of the discussion. After discussing we would have to conclude our view. After GD they called us one by one for interviews. The question was as introduce yourself, what is your family background, why do you want to do MBA, how your knowledge of graduation course will help you in MBA, why do you want to choose AMU, what will you do if not get selected, etc.
