The admission process was smooth. It was done through entrance exams like mat, cat, Ibsat and then followed by GD and personal interview. Further, the admission amount was submitted. Also, we need to score well in Ibsat, Nmat, or cat. Either of these exams is accepted. You can apply through any of these exams. The minimum age required was 20 years and there is no upper age limit to apply for the admission.

The PGPM course is good at IBS Mumbai as it offers a good amount of internships and Placement. The student's teachers Ratio is good as there are visiting faculty also. So there is an ample amount of information to be learned from the faculty. Teaching is good and faculty is from reputed colleges and corporate industries. Term exams were good and the frequency of exams is quite much. As constant evaluations are there.

The SIP committee is responsible for the getting internship of the students. SIP is compulsory for every student which starts in the month of February by the end of the 2nd-semester exam. Companies from various sectors come to our college like JPMC, Lodha, Amul. ACC Cement etc. Most companies provide stipends to the students and during SIP each student has to work on a project which will be evaluated at the end of semester. The best project is awarded a scholarship.

The placements start in the month of September at the end of the 3rd semester and the student with a CGPA of 5.5 is eligible for the placement process. Last year JPMC was the first company that came for placement in the month of August. Companies like Byjus, Kotak, Delloite, ITC visit our campus for placement. The average package is 6.5 lakhs and the highest package given to was 18 lakh last year.

The total fee of pursuing MBA from IBS Munbai is 810000 which is to be paid in 5 equal installment . Merit scholarship is given in1st semester on scoring good marks and financial assistance to students is also given if required . IBS also provide a paid library job to student.

There are various events, co-curricular activities taking place throughout the year for the personality development of the students and the main event of the IBS Mumbai is Kounflux which occurs in the month of January. Konflux is an intercollege event in which various B schools participate in events which is organized by the clubs of IBS Mumbai. The library is well equipped with books and business magazine.

GD and PI are compulsory for every student. GD occurs in a group of 10 students monitored by 2 panel members, the GD topics were from current affairs, business news, etc. GD is followed by the PI round which is also taken by 2-panel members. I prepared for these rounds by preparing the latest GD topics and frequently asked questions and took the help of my seniors and youtube.
