ENTRANCE PREVIEW
I gave LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) for admission in BMIET, Sonepat and scored 947 Rank. One of my friend recommended me this college and the admission procedure was also very organised. This institute showed me the subjects i was going to cover in my course which made me took the decision of studying here.
PLACEMENT WING
Infosys took the majority of the students followed by various other fortune 500 companies. Average package at that time was given as 3 Lacs per annum. Aon was also a major employer of BMIET's student and average package offered by Aon was 2.5 Lacs per annum. However, these organisations provide great learning and development opportunities.
ADMISSION
I went to the college and receptionist directed me to the administrator office. I gave them my academic documents for verification purposes. There was a small interview regarding my academic career and my interest in the chosen course. Same day I got the result and submitted the fees to get the admission letter.
FACULTY
Faculty's knowledge is very important for the college. In our college, every field has its own head of departments and other professors who are specialised in teaching a specific course. They helped us throughout our journey of Bachelors. They also initiates extra curriculum activities.
EXAM STRUCTURE
Exam structure was very decent and designed in such a way so that students would not go stressed. Our performance was getting recorded after every phase of subjects but there was no hurdle in any of the exams which helped students to score good even if they were not able to perform good in mid semester tests.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
Course Structure is designed in a way that students can start learning with the basics of their high school and then it moves to a specific field. Various projects and internship opportunities were also their which helped me in getting a hands on experience on few computer science related things.
INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES
My college encourages various job fairs and internships from various companies which results in great employment opportunities for most of the students. They focus on giving 100% placement rate.
