Remarks

They had a taken an interview asking for a small introduction and the score previously scored. They asked about who referred you this college and it was an overall good experience as the facilities were all good

Course Curriculum Overview

Job vacancies were more for this course. The faculties were all good. They were all well qualified some facilities completed their PhDs as well in certain areas. The overall teaching was good and friendly.6 months once and it wasn't difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities

Our college promotes various kinds of internships. They also have an online website through which they promote the internships - Internshala, linked in, etc. They help the students to be groomed for better job satisfaction and career growth.

Placement Experience

Placements were eligible for last year's students and a lot of companies like wipro, Tesco, south indian bank, Hudson's bay, concentric, Thomson, Northern trust, KPMG etc were in recruiting. The package for these companies started when an annual income of 2,50,000. Out of 100/85 of the people would be placed every year. I am currently working.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total cost of the study was 1,44,000 (including all 6 semesters). I got an offer from concentric and I rejected it as it was a voice process and I am currently working in Hudson's bay company. No scholarships applied

Campus Life

There were a number of fests conducted and all kinds of books regarding all the subjects were found in the library so the experience infests and library (all though I stepped few times) was a good experience. We had classrooms section-wise and it was feasible. Various kinds of sports were involved and they had NSS & NCC with credits

All about Vijaya College RV Road

Likes

They have highly qualified and experienced teachers.
For a sports enthusiast like me, having a ground is great in college is great.
There are various types of events conducted very often which provides us exposure academically, culturally, socially and it also helps our social networking and connections.

Dislikes

I think infrastructure can be improved and maintained well, than it is now.
Placement services should be improved too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BCom because I was a commerce student in my PUC, and I wanted to master in the same field. This course has shaped my knowledge on accounts and finance which has been some sort of a passion for me. Accounts, tally, finance, are the studies that are to be applied by anyone who's working with numbers, finances or in banks, account sectors etc which I'm doing currently, and it has really helped me a lot. The only improvement in this course that I seek is practical applications and workshops that would definitely help students enhance their skills.

Forever blessed to education

Likes

Roof top cafeteria i loved it and made memories over there
Amphitheatre I loved it and where we rarely do jaming
And our faculty all of them will be kind with us

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have B.com with Acca , BBA , and bca , in all the sem we will be having 2 internals and 1 pre final of Bangalore University and it consists of 80 marks and in internals we have score more than 16 or we have to rewrite the exam util we get more than 16

My college life

Likes

The campus is clean huge and nature friendly
The teaching faculty is very friendly and supportive
Supportive towards extracurricular activities

Dislikes

Maybe the management because most of the lecturers were replaced
It would be better if we would have a separate playground
More canteen as there are only 2 and it gets crowded

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements after the 5th semester many banking and educational institutions have visited our college and our institution also conduct's programs like job fair which helps the students in placement and internship opportunity maybe higher education after getting the degree

Remarks:

No bad remarks, but non sports students should get d opportunity to play sumtime. Not only playing on sports day, competitions which college organise is d best tyng n dat too for lower fees.

Insight into KJC by a real life student

I applied to KIIT, Symbiosis, Saint Xavier's and I got accepted in most of them. But I ended up choosing KJC because of Bengaluru. I heard so many good things about the weather here and how the place is so I wanted to come here. I did not apply in Christ because I heard that the routine is too hectic. KJC is not like that. The routine is manageable. We have classes from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. But we either have morning classes or afternoon classes. Not the whole day.
