Entrance Preview

Bundelkhand University, ET Exam 200, I scored 84 out of 100. I have selected this as it was the best college to provide M.Sc biotech in my City.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Biotech that to at postgraduate level is one of the best modern course which links to molecular science. M.Sc Biotech have Industrial microbiology, Instrumentation, Plant Pathology, Genetics, Plant Physiology, Molecular Biology, Tissue Culture & Advanced Biochemistry.

Placement Experience

2.5

No there were no placement opportunity we had to search for jobs ourself. No the college did not provide us with company package options but it was its studies that took u where i am now. This thing can be better in this college but it was cheap college and the things we got were also enough.

College Events

4.5

Annual Establishment Function involving number of performance & extra curricular activities. Moreover there was JC Bose Science Exam conducted among different department. Apart to this There was fresher party given by seniores to the fresher involving opulent performance by the freshers & in inverse to this farewell party by juniors to their seniors.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Annual fees to my course on 2009 was 42,000. Though for the students who was economically challenged have to submit nominal fees.As this University was self funded so fees was little bit high but comparatively very low as compared to private university/college.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was a SBI Bank in our campus, which offered loan to the students who want to do different courses in the university campus

Campus Life

4

Genetic ration was well balanced. There was sports day celebrated on 21 Feb. Buildings of different department was well coloured and situated at different places in the huge campus. Campus life was the one of the best time of my life. Campus was opulent having suburb greenery & roads inside the campus was clean & well maintain.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Our hostel having the number of facilities like play ground, swim pool, gym, TV hall, indoor hall for indoor games. So there was always a wait list for the students to take hostel rooms. Hostel was the class one. In each room there was provision for the two students to stay.

Alumni/Alumna

Disappointingly there was no placement to the subject i have entered. But luckily using the knowledge indulged by this university to us. I have got placement off campus. Rest of the students in other branches got the placement. Though the percentage was less but upto the level of their knowledge.

Exam Structure

There was sessional test at regular months & after each 4 months a semester exam. practical Exams though carry the 20% marks of the total. There was semester system. Of Course those was the hectic days involving daily lab work including theoretical classes.

Faculty

5

The number was limited but they were the class one. Each teacher had the bes techniques to deliver their knowledge to us. My HOD, Dr PK Gupta was one of the best faculty member. I love the college and had a fun time in it. The faculty was caring and took utmost care for nurshing us.
