Remarks

It was close to my home. It has a good reputation around here. It is known to have good placements as well. The admin staff has been very helpful throughout in case of any queries. Th examination aspect could have been improved. I feel the checking system is a little lenient. But that works well for students.

The faculty is highly qualified and knowledgeable. They have a lot to impart to the students, if the student is willing to do so. The teaching method is basic, nothing extra ordinary. The whole study environment was decent

SSPJ & Co- It is a chartered accountancy firm. I basically learned practical working of my field. Right from accounting to taxation to auditing. It is a wholesome experience, plus you get a nice touch of practical life

The students become eligible after the 5th semester. The companies come in for campus recruitment aroundthat time. They take students for training purposes too. The companies have decent packages. For people with good academic definitely grab good jobs

Fee Structure And Facilities

Well, there definitely are scholarships available, But I did not get a chance at any of them since I was not eligible for the same. The fee structure is towards the lower side. It is quite affordable if you ask me.

Campus Life

The campus, the library, the roads, the canteen and all the eating spots are really cool. The parking spaces are spacious. You have got all sorts of shops there right from stationary to picture to milk to even clothes.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel life is pretty nice. You can go study in the library late in night. The hostel has rules as to when you are supposed to be back and stuff but that is basically for the benefit of the students. The food is great. The hostels have mess which is included in the hostel fees

Admission

No, there were no GD, PI per se during the admission process. It is mostly based on your percentile in class 12th. The cut off determines if you get into the university and university affiliated colleges or not.

Likes

Syllabus is good, it is very versatile and updated according to the industry standards
The University also has a good events and also a good night life
The infrastructure is very modern with unique outlets to eat in

Dislikes

There is a uniform system which is very bad according to university
Very strict rules regarding in and out of the University
The outlets in university are quite expensive

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course plan around 7 out of 10 in terms of relevance and depth. I chose this course mainly because it includes core tech subj like DSA, DBMS, OS, AI and cloud, which are useful for jobs in tech field. The presence of lab work and proj based learning also influenced my choice. The curriculum gives a fair base in theory and basic prac skills. It helps in campus place prep and also builds base for higher study like MTech or MS. But real world skill still depends a lot on self study, online course and side proj. Some topics feel updated, but a few subj are still too theory heavy and not linked to real case use. Exams are held twice as mid test and once as end term in each sem. There are also quiz, viva and lab eval. The level is moderate. If you attend class and revise notes, it is manageable. For improve, more live proj, hack event, ind visit and case study should be added. Teach method should shift more to code demo and less slide read

Good facilities, really teaches student and give individual attention in class too
Good infrastructure , as it was just built in 2021, the infrastructure is top notch and no complaints about it.
Papers are being checked anonymously, one’s paper can be checked by any teacher in any campus, so no chance of partiality

Dislikes

80% strict attendance criteria other they would not allow to sit in exam
Passing criteria is 40% and grading system is also bery difficult, two D grade is 1 F and more than 2F could lead to year repeat year, not even semster
Alot of assigments, really hectic at times

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus
