Remarks

Various number of Amity universities are present in the country with my intentions were to take admission in the Amity university, Mumbai with the great number of placements and internships are offered. College expects a minimum 50% in the 10th ad 12th marks with a personal interview that was held in which questions about my interests were asked.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the subjects in the college are taught in a very professional way with multiple case studies, journals, presentations on the industry related topics are studied. There are multiple tests that are conducted on semester basis and class tests are also concluded every week. Teaching faculty are highly professional individuals who provide all the help to the students.

Placement Experience

Opportunities in the field of placement drive is massive with the average salary being at 5 lakh with companies like TCS, HDFC, Tata, Icici, Amazon and many more visit the campus in providing placement opportunities. There are various pre placement offers that are made after the summer internship programme with the students can avail the placements after the 5th semester.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I selected BBA with the total fee for the three year course is 6,32,000 which included the three year tuition fee. There is security money that is charged with the fee has to be paid after each semester. There scholarships offered to students who have exceptional academic record.

Campus Life

College has amazing classrooms with library and the whole campus is enabled with wifi, multiple clubs like finance club, marketing club, music club and many more are there which are run by the student officials. Annual events take place in the campus with sports and cultural fest being the main events organised.

Hostel Facilities

Fee of the hostel has to be paid on yearly basis with a refundable security amount of 10,000 is charged that is returned after vacating the hostel. There are multiple facilities like study table, washroom, electric and water supply are all provided with the campus being fully equipped with wifi. The hostel food is included in the charges with the options of having variety of options in the selection of food which is tasty and healthy.

Memories of my college days ?

Likes

College campus one of most beautiful place it is very big and very beautiful place
Second one is library atmosphere is very silent and very peaceful so much of books are available
Play ground sitting bunch it is a memorable moment we can rest there and wach beautiful campus

Dislikes

In rainy season the college campus full cover on water so the surrounding building always depth on what that is one of the main issue
Second one a dam it is very nearest to college in rain season it is very bad condition
Sometimes the surrounding is very bad that means clearness is very poor

From third year company started to visit our campus for the jobs companies like itology , infohybrid, skigit , UN women placement drive , job fair , silver link ,proofofskills,TNS india foundation program ,Wipros work integrated learning program ,probox infotech ,irobokid I didn't gave interview because my plan was to pursue masters and I have got training too from college and got good score in cet exam and I also got internship opportunity data analyst internship at Imarticus learning from college

The Campus is very lively and lush green
Classroom are nicely ventilated and big.
Faculty is very approachable and friendly

Dislikes

Their is no canteen nearby our college we have to Walk towards the common canteen which is very far
College is at the very end of the college which takes too much of time
Does not give any national holiday and attendance is compulsory

From Sem-8 students are eligible for campus placements. Hafeez contractor, sanjay puri architects, CP kukreja etc.bare some of the companies who visits and offers placements Average package offered in our college is 5,00,000

Maybe a Good Try

Likes

I liked overall environment and the teaching staff.
Teachers are very helpful towards students.
And the campus is too good to be true as it makes us feel more like spending our time there.

Dislikes

Mostly there is no such thing that I specifically dislike.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I am learning now is very much related to the real world and it gives me an understandig of the outside market as well as provides me very much knowledgeble things about how the industries work.

Campus - serene and lush green 60 acre campus which lies in the heart of the Pune city.

Placement Experience:

Summer internship starts in September itself and students can convert it into PPO, this is an unique opportunity and summer placements start in the start of the second year itself. Average package for 22-24 batch is 14.32 and highest is 27 lpa.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

Best College and hospital

Remarks:

The most positive thing about our college will be the availability of free hostels for all of the students who are getting admission in the college. Also, the hostel provides a great amount of stipend for all of the students.

Amity University Mumbai : is it worth it?

COVID-19 changed everything, including the college admissions scenario. So, I was in a bit of a mess. I did not study well for exams like JEE, and my 11th and 12th foundational concepts in maths n physics were not so good. MHT-CET was a big gamble, which did not go according to plan. But I had to get into a college, and I wanted one in Mumbai. Amity University Mumbai seemed to be a right choice. It offered direct admissions, which was of great relief for a student like me. It was located at Mumbai, and the structures and facilities were good enough. The Amity experience: Highlights and Insights

I had applied to manipal university, nmims university and amity University. And I honestly I loved the subjects and the curriculum the best here in amity. Moreover, the course that I was interested in had just started in manipal and nmims university hence I wasn't sure about how the course would turn out and amity on the other hand had this course for over 5-6 years which gave me the confidence in the effectiveness of the course. I got accepted to manipal and because of some technical glitch during my entrance for nmims, I got rejected from there. Studying- A fun adventure at Amity University, Mumbai

Eligibility: 60% and above in 12th boards. Students who have completed their 12th irrespective of any stream can apply. All the details of the application form, fees, and dates can be found on their website- Not sure about the reservation benefits but after you apply, you would be assigned to an admission counselor who guides you throughout the admission process and clears all doubts. Regarding the application process, there is an entrance exam that wasn't related to the course, it included essay writing on any general knowledge topics. After which there was an interview where they ask basic questions related to the course such as, why did you opt for this course? Who is the father of psychology.
