Since I have graduated from this university, the option to choose it over other private universities was like a homecoming for me. They consider only the results of the CAT/MAT/UPSEE or IUET entrance exams, or any other entrance test for MBA approved by prestigious universities when considering admission to the MBA program. Based on my CAT score, I was admitted to the MBA program.

MBA degree with a specialization in Finance is one of the highly demanded courses to match the industry requirement and this reason triggered me to choose this course as I also wanted to join the top corporate. Various subjects were covered in the curriculum, but they were all centered on practical issues. It is two years full-time course comprise of four semesters. Our classes were conducted by a dedicated team of professors with expertise in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business strategy, Investment analysis, and so on. We were evaluated through both the internal (assignments, quizzes, seminars, assignment) and external assessment (end semester exam).

More than 95 companies participated in our campus recruitment drive. Some of the major recruiters of our placement program included Deloitte, Capgemini, Amazon, Axis Bank, Infosys, HDFC Bank, HCL, Samsung, etc. At the campus recruitment program, more than 600 types of job designations were offered. The maximum package offered by the recruiters was at 12 Lacs.

During the year, I spent Rs.125000 rupees on the course. The university offers different merit-based and quota-based scholarship schemes; I had not applied for any of the schemes or any financial assistance. The center for career Guidance and development ( CCG&D) organized several training programs, pre-placement preparation classes, Mock interviews, soft skill training, aptitude training, etc. to guide us. The campus recruitment program offered campus placement, off-campus placement, and preparation support for the public sector opportunities.

We used to spend several hours at the central library which offered several books, e-resources, journals, magazines. The university canteen was our favourite place where I created many memories with my friends. My sports lover friends dedicated several hours to the playground by playing tennis, football, cricket, hockey, etc. The university organized an annual sports meet during our annual fest Fiesta
