Course Curriculum Overview
If you are really interested in Chemical Engineering then this college is one of the best colleges in north India. Professors are very knowledgeable and well qualified. If you face any problem either academically or non-academically you can contact them they will surely guide you. The terms exam is conducted on time and the difficulty level of the exam is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
Almost every student did their internship in his third year. Some companies provide paid internships here like UOP Honeywell, DCM, Reliance, etc. They conduct their test to eliminate a maximum number of students and select a few students. The procedure is almost the same as the placement procedure.
Placement Experience
The placement of this college is decent. The average package offered last year is 7 lakh. Around 80-90 percent of students get placed every year. And those who didn't get placed went for higher studies. The companies like Exxon Mobil, Honeywell UOP, Jubilant, Bechtel, Reliance, HMEL, etc. Visits our campus. The students got placed before their last semester. The highest package offered last year is 16 lakh.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here you can do your complete B.Tech within one lakh. Your per-year fee will be around 22k. Apart from this, you will have to pay an examination fee 2575 rupees per semester. The scholarship equal to tuition fees are given to the students whose parents' annual income is less than 2.5 lac. You will get a good ROI after studying from here. The college will provide an opportunity for paid internships also in your third year.
Campus Life
The campus life is full of fun. You will live the best four or five years of your life here. You will come in contact with many but some of them will become your lifelong friend. We have our own department library along with the University AC Joshi library in front of the department. This library has a collection of over 6.4 lac publications, you will get almost every type of book here. The infrastructure is pretty good. You will get all facilities here. The only issue is that not everyone is getting a hostel here. The hostel is allotted on the basis of jee-main rank. You will enjoy the campus life here a lot.
